Let's Make A Car List For GT4

Does anyone else want to see a return of the 70's US Muscle Cars??

My favorite cars in GT2 were all 70's US rolling iron. I know they were not as good as the other, more modern cars, but man were they fun!

A few good ones would include....

Dodge Charger 71'
Chevy Camaro 69'
Plymouth Cuda'
Late 70's Mustang Mach 1 Fastback
Old Chevy Impala
Old Ford Thunderbird

I am sure there are other really good ones too, but I am not a carhead, so my range of knowledge is limited (heck, i only got GT3 today, so I am a bit behind!)

Does anyone else want these added??????

35 cars (out of a possible 300) for US streetcar types. Add in a few rally and race variants and you get maybe 50-60 cars total.

If GT4 has (as some expect) about 300 car models, I don't think it is too much to ask to get 50-60 U.S. models. At the very least, we need at least double the U.S. models we got in GT3.

IMHO it is ALOT better that having another 35 Miata's, 24 Lancer Evo's, 67 Impreza's and.....well, you get my meaning. The stats on the repeat cars in GT3 are so close it doesn't really matter in most cases. Don't get me wrong, the Lancers andImpreza's are great cars, but come on, lets spread the wealth abit for those with other tastes.

Diversity (for all interests, US, Asian, European, and Other) is almost mandatory for a better game than GT3.

Great Euro list...but the trouble with the F1 cars is the licensing. I also don't think many of the one-make companies should get in, it's wasted disk space, in a way.

I'd love to see PD come out with an all-F1 historical game....300 or so of the best F1 machinery; many of the private makes aren't owned by anyone any longer.
 
Some of these would be nice.

A LM / Prototype series would be cool. Yes I know licensing could be an issue.

But it would be great to have the R390, GT1 and 787B come up against an AUDI R8, Cadillac Northstar and a Panoz without the handicap. Or any of the other cars for that matter. One or 2 of their tracks would be nice too.

Hey i know what GT4 need, some old cars and trucks.
Also that performance upgrade to make the cars look better that GT1 and GT2 had.:lol: :cheers: cheers all
 
Not that I want to advertise myself... actually, I want to. But I made a GT4 car wishlist on a new thread called "The definitive car list for GT4". I think it's less redundant than the one that was last posted (I don't have 9 Ford Fiestas).
 
ROAD CARS: Ferrari 550, 360, 456, F50, etc. Porsche 911 t, 911 GT2, Boxster. BMW 3 touring, M3, M5, Z3, Z8, Serie 7. Mercedes C, C Station, E, E Station, S, SLK, CLK (the new one), Sl.
BMW X5, Cherokee, Mercedes ML, Range Rover, Porsche Cayenne.
RACING CARS: BTCC cars, ETCC cars (theres no game with these ones (ALfa 156 gta, BMW 320, Volvo S60, Seat toledo cupra (beautiful one).DTM cars 2003 the more important ones (CLK Vodafone, Audi TT ABT, Audi TT red bull and Astra. Audi R8, BMW M3 GTR. Mercedes c 180 DTM 1995, Alfa Romeo ITC Martini, BMW M3 DTM latest 80`s and Ford Sierra RS 500 Texaco DTM latest 80`s.But for me the greatest are in fact the ETCC cars i have written above.
Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution Winner DAKAR.
 
I want to see historically significant cars in there, like:

- the Jenson Interceptor
- the original Audi Quattro
- the Ford Sierra Cosworth
- the BMW 2002
- the Ford Falcon GTHO Phase III (one for the Aussies!)
- the McLaren F1
- the NSU RO80

..and others when I think of them...
 
As much as i really love cars over bikes, i would like to have just one bike put into the game, that would be a Dodge Tomahawk!! yes its a bit daft ,and way too late for me to start guessing what type of cars there will be in the game. But anyway i am really looking forward GT4! As above, those choice of cars rule, especially that Audi Quattro.
 
Should definately add older cars, and just more american cars all around...and another thing, don't make the cobra handle like it's driving on marshmallows.
