gt came to the table with a whole different concept (and u gt fanatics know what that is) and chaged the way the racing genere thinks. it had something NFS didn't so it imediately gained recognition in the genere and not long after (about a month of its release) claimed the title.

for all u guys that yearn for the "MISSING EXOTICS" think back to gt2 and u should recall a car that had the same body type as the ferrari 456 exept the engine was like a V6 or something (just like in gt when u had an aston martin that had a V6 and it couldnt hang wit the skylines, supras, etc.) so u cant say they haven't been trying to get them.

this game put gran turismo in the fore front with little resistance and before making over it to the U.S. had a JGTC version of the diablo 6.0 and that car I have yet to see it be beaten by the calsonic or the inferior denso sard or somethin
I must tell u I have driven a porshe 911 GT3 in GT3 and it handled like a dream and it had stock tires on it. so all I could say is don't be surprised to see one of those exotics in GT in the next edition because deep down inside everybody knows if we had these exotics on GT there wouldn't be a NFS, test drive, or a ridge racer.
Also.....if u wana drive a ferrari in GT3 just pull a Zonda C12 out of ur garage, invision a 360's body on it, and listen for the 360's sound in ya head and u got a ferrari and and recognize that since the zonda can't be beaten by a skyline and its a 300,000cr car u should realize the modena won't be either.

i would like to see:
BMW m3, m5, ferrari 250 and 288 gto, testarossa, testarossa covertible (which doesn't exist) but so its just like outrun!
also f50, f40, audi rs4, rs2, porsche gt1, gt2/gt3, maclaren f1 lm, corvette callaway sledgehammer, porsche carrera gt, mercedes sl55, clk-gtr supersport and roadster, (some motorcycles would be nice too...) sorry if any of that has been mentioned before. i lack the time to browse 30 pages of threads!!!

can't they add all the bmw's just like masking porsches as rufs? i.e. have the M5 but call it the B8 etc...? although alpinas are slightly different so instead have the hamman M5, which is very close to the stock m5 only better

Well, making list at this point and time is kind of pointless, seeing that PD has been working on the game for so long...BUT, it still is fun to share some nice looking cars with others...
I personally would like more GT oriented cars..such as...
Venturi 600LM, was awesome in GT2.

E46 M3-GTR-No matter what racing series you find the M3 in, the looks are still stunning.

RUF did not copy porsche... they modify porsche cars and have the cooperation of porsche. porsche customers can order 911/boxster with the ruf standards, where RUF changes the chasis, and tunes the suspension and engine. the car ends up better than a gt2 or gt3. the reason y germany allows ruf to retain companyship is the fact that the car isnt a porsche anymore... they dont get as much sales cause they are expensive, specialized, and i think probably must be exported out of germany... (not sure tho)

gt4 needs more of hte older 80's cars from europe... like the porsche 944 turbo s, the 928 gts, the 959, oh and it also needs the gt1
we gotta see the rs 200 by ford in the rally section
and some smaller british sports car company's like ac and marcos and bla bla...
hell even some classics would be nice like the datsun z's and the first toyota 2000gt, and all.
ofcourse we gotta see some super cars, but i think it would be nice to see the road going versions rather than always the race cars...

.... thet are missing some of the greatest car makers... like Ferrari.. (still dont understand why do they have fiat and not ferrari.. since they are the same company) .. Maserati, Lambo, all those are owned by FIAT . Also we need some ///M POWER, M3, M5, the M Coupe... all those BMWs should be on the game.. Noble m12gto.. would be kool. more AUDIs and VWs .. no more small crapy cars :S get the goodies in!!!!!
