Soon. The problem with taking so many photos (just shy of 750 in this case) is that it invariably takes longer to go through them, weed out the rubbish ones, correct some of them, crop them, resize them and host them than I was actually away for :ouch:... It didn't help that I went to Thruxton race circuit on Sunday and got through another 1,014 photos :ill: although I won't be posting many of them, and the Nurb thread comes first.

Wow, that's alot of photos. You must have a handful of memory cards. I understand now why it's taking you minute or two to make the thread.

I've actually only got one, 2GB memory card; I just empty it onto the computer every time I use it. The other thing that's taking time is cropping or removing the 6-foot high F:censored: and almost track-wide 'Mother:censored:er' from the pictures taken at Breidscheid...

I'm using the same "Dead End" background on my home computer, I think it's just an awesome shot.

What distro are you using? The new openSUSE?

I've tried KDE 4 on Kubuntu but it was full of bugs, now I'm using openSUSE 11.0 with Gnome.

It's Kubuntu with KDE 4.1 Beta 2 packages installed. If I had a choice I would be running openSUSE 11.0 but unfortunately I couldn't get it to install on my desktop.

When you tried Kubuntu with KDE4, was it version 4.0? That version was unusable for me. KDE 4.1 Beta 2 is much better (although still not stable enough for serious work). I've always preferred Gnome but I am considering switching to KDE when most of the KDE4 apps (e.g. Amarok 2) are released.
