Click and hold a blank spot on the startbar and drag it to the top (or bottom or left or right).

It's a red Tiburon in Western Canada, photographed by the one and only eMadman. He now owns one as well.

Oh, my screen resolution is 1024x768. I just uploaded the image, not a screenshot of my desktop.
My desktop is nothing fancy. Just a link to My Computer, Photoshop, Recycle Bin, My Documents, and The Sims 2, because my sister uses this computer that I am on right now.
