Hold Left Shift + Left click the mouse to bring up a shell manager (if that skin has one). That way you can disable desktop icons and clear up all that clutter.

Well basically the only type off scrolling you really use is right click:tup:

Don't worry HondaRacer, I don't think your desktop is boring ^_^! It's all a matter of preference anyway, right? So what if someone else thinks it's boring? It's your desktop . Hehe...anyways..point being...there are other desktops out there that are probably much boring as yours. For example: One of my friends still uses the original blue screen which reads "Windows ME" in the top right corner for his desktop everyday. See? Yours has WAY more class than that !

Anyways..sorry for the rambling, but..here's what I'll be using for today! I just changed it, well..since I'm about to go to sleep anyways XD. Enjoy !!

P.S. In case you didn't know, he is Ichigo from the anime Bleach. One I have been keeping up with recently. It's really awesome

I edited the RC files anyway. I changed:

IconDesk1Visible True
;Determines whether or not the group is visible. Defaults to
;true.

to

IconDesk1Visible False
;Determines whether or not the group is visible. Defaults to

You should first sign up at www.litestep.net, then download the LiteStep installer by Omar at Download>LiteStep> about third from the top. When you install this the standard LS skin will appear. Then you can go read some FAQ's.

You can also download the official developer version at www.litestep.com Then click on "LiteStep OpenSource Installer". That is what I used, but I would reconmend download in a few other bits of peices. Click here to go to my LiteStep resource thread I made a week or two ago.

BTW if you are going to install a theme, download the zip file. Then right click on the desktop, and go to--->litestep-->change themes--->install themes and then browse and select the ZIP FILE!

I made the mistake of unzipping the theme and expecting some theme to pop up lol. You must install the zip files.
