Level 40 A-Spec Club!

I rocketed to Level 40 when I nailed 24hr Le Mans a couple of months back 👍

I'm at 37 all my own efforts. Currently spending a lot of time trying to get the Chaparral 2J. I finally won both Historic Cup races (In a souped up XJ13 with high turbo.) and got a damn Stratos POS Rally car for my pains.

I missed a 2J in UCD when I was around level 30 and broke. The same UCD page had both Chaparrals, I've since bought the 2D but never seen the 2J again and I check every time I complete 5 races. Also got my S licence, admittedly only in a mixture of Silver and Bronze.

I'm currently winning 3/4 Madrid races in the Online Challenge and pocketing 800 000 credits a win so I'm buying lots of nice cars but I really want a 2J to go with the XJ13 33P4, 2D, Alfa TZ2 concours winner and Ford GTs MkIV and '69. As an ex-slot racer from the 1960s it's a nostalgia thing.

Just hit it couple hrs ago! Now on to b-spec, that's at 38-stopped with those guys as there was no way i was going to let them hit 40 before me, was just using them for some $$ until the double credits was to be gone. Side note: still getting 200% even thought that was supposed to have stopped end of Jan

40/40 the hard way, no glitching, 200% definitely helped though.

Doing the Tsukuba 9 Hrs was a major booster.

Still have to do Suzuka 1000, & both 24 Hrs.

Time to work on the licenses!

I got to Level 40 several weeks ago - I was actually trying to delay it as long as possible (so that gaining XP when playing wouldn't become meaningless). But if you like replaying Nurburgring 4H, shooting up to 40 becomes a pretty quick exercise.

My B-Spec hit 40 much earlier (several months ago).

Finally hit 40 A-spec several days ago. Been level 40 B-spec for a while, but it feels good finally finishing the leveling. I also hit 20,000,00 on the last race, so I celebrated by picking up an X2010, now that I can.

Yes finally hit 40 as well. seasonal event XP. It would have been nice to get something other than an Excellent Driver trophy. They should have offered prizes for level ups. Is anything unlocked at Lvl 40 that Im not aware of?

well im only 6 levels away right now from a-spec 40, i do estimate to achieve 40 around the end of May, as school ends in less then a month, and ill have some time (finally) to REALLY use my wheel, do some more endurance races (most of them in fact)
by keep 200% until the end of May, with seasonals and endurance races, i hope to make it

b-spec is at 38, should be at 40 within a good week or two, as i do the 9 hour tuskuba every few nights

Just hit Level 40 today and got a shiny new trophy It's taken quite some time to get here and this is without a doubt the most effort and time i've ever put into a game, its nice finally being at Level 40 But I'm no where near done my time with GT5. Oh right I didn't glitch or cheat at all to get to level 40 either.

Hit level 40 a few days ago (and b-spec 40 two days before that). Would have been sooner but I lost months of gameplay when I lost my savefile. Live and learn.

Just hit level 40 (had b-40 for a while now). Wouldn't of got it so early if it wasn't for the A-spec Nurburg seasonal (with 200% bonus this race gets you 200,000 xp each time).

In my case, 200% log on bonus, plus the Nurburgring 4 hours and the Tsukuba 9 hours.

I reached level 40 in either Jan. or Feb. this year thanks to grinding the Seasonal Events with double XP. It wasn't so bad to me because I used the money to buy all of the cars in the game. I have all the premiums except two that are 20mil each. I have over 700 standards, it takes forever for some of them to show in the UCD.

Hit L40 last night (had B Spec for ages). I decided to get in my most used car and go on my most run track doing what I do best.

So, 2010 #18 Toyota Camry with 68 changes and thousands of miles, taken on A Spec Extreme event, 10 laps of Daytona.

Man I had forgotten how rough AI were, and with ASM fixed on (?), and after the AI giving me the biggest crash I have ever had (15 - 20 spins), I finished the race to get my Excellent Driver award and finally L40.

It takes a lot of work, try doing some endurance races, they got me from lvl 35 to level 39 👍
