I reached level 40 today! Only took me 18,850 miles. :crazy: Still B-spec level 0. :)

EDIT: Agreeing with McKiernan below, reaching level 40 was *very* anticlimactic... I didn't expect $1000 bills to fall from the sky or a parade in my honor, but I really thought there would be more than just an "excellent driver" trophy :/

Got it last week, bit of an anticlimax, been thinking of restarting using underpowered cars, crappy rubber & switching off that last ABS braking aid. Don't wanna lose all my jammers though

Got to level 40 after, idk how many hours, several, wish it kept going honestly, and I haven't used my privledge of entering a 24 hour race, don't think I ever will either. But its nice to have, not that it really means anything with all of these seasonals jumping up your level, I think legitimately I was a 36/37 before I discovered seasonals.

Gave up on B-Spec, way too late, got all the way to level 22, which I was at level 0
 
I think I got my level 40 the right way, without cheating or excessive grinding. I wanted to buy all premium cars, so I did more than 2,000 km in the Ferrari F1 seasonal to earn decent money. The experience and levels came along as a nice bonus.
 
Cant belive I have not seen this thread beforeBeen level 40 on both a spec and b spec since Febuary 2011. Got the game for christmas 2010.
 
I think the new seasonals plus the double holiday bonus and the 200% login bonus are going to make me hit level 40 this week, I'm almost to 39 now.
 
Never used any of the glitches (Tried but failed :D) and I am currently at level 38, I guess thanks to seasonals, I own about 890 cars and I think I am an average player.

Yea, Seasonals are great way how to make money, even XP! And 12,000,000 XP for 24h Le Mans is not bad too. :drool:
 
Finally hit level 40 and it only took two years, I also hit 1,000 cars in the process. I went from level 38 to 40 in the last week, I made about $70 million and bought about 80 cars in that week too.

Been at both maximums for quite some time, B-Spec I got before they introduced the increased XP, but A-Spec I got after. Three Nurburgring 4-hour races in fairly quick succession with 200% XP put me over the line.
