History:
In 1957, Lister designed this car around the Jaguar D-Type's Straight 6 engine using an aluminum body. During a test run the car achieved 0–100 mph (0–160 km/h) run in 11.2 seconds. Archie Scott Brown won the British Empire Trophy in this car that same year. In 1958 Lister made minor changes to the car. However, Brown was killed in a crash during the season at Spa-Francorchamps.

Specs:
Engine: Jaguar Straight 6
Power: 250-265hp

...Another one I'm bumping up. Apologies!! I was actually looking to make a thread for it, but with a more commonly known name of Knobbly.

In fact, I believe this car should be called that, since the continuation models Lister is building right now are sold as a Knobbly.

Below Knobblys are fitted with Chevrolet V8, rather than a Jag I-6. Car #29 was sold for a cool $412,500 in an auction.

No, "Knobbly" is only a nickname. They are Lister Jaguars. To be specific, they're all just BHLs - the top car in the OP looks like the BHL101.

Only 1 year in the title, and no parentheses.
This works best if you actually address the member in question and on threads that weren't posted back at the start of this forum. Rest assured that when they get bumped up, I'll actually see them and be able to deal with them whether you post or not.

...I'm not disagreeing with you, but Lister only built grand total of TWO cars with Jag motors.
As far as the car in the OP is concerned, yeah it's a Lister Jag, but for the later models, to make things more...easier on the tongue, let's stick with Knobbly.

And yes, I'm aware the "new" Knobblys still uses Jag I-6s.
