Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel

I mean it's in stock and ships for free with Prime....I'm looking at it now. I'm in US though, not sure if it would be different for

It is. Hence my post.

In Germany you can only get the Racing wheel and the Pedals through Amazon with an estimated shipping date of 1 - 3 months.

Anyone interested in the RS Shifter and Handbrake combination? I got mine for free with the wheel and pedal bundle before Christmas. It´s almost new, I only tried it once but I prefer the paddle shifters so I´ve no use for it. I´m located in Germany. Interested persons, please private message me.

I understand the "legitimate" frustration of some about the recent slowness and lack of informations.

I know there are limits to everything but I understand that Logitech has been confronted with a misalignment of the planets (Black Friday + Christmas + change of payment provider...)

I used to say that troubles flies in a squadron...

Regarding the management of tickets, I criticized the procedures (for example, return of all my equipment for a missing cable, refund, new purchase).

But I also remember that some consumers abused the "generosity" of Logitech in terms of service. I guess the rules are stricter to solve this.

Personally, I wanted to testify to a completely satisfactory experience before the Black Friday, I suppose that Logitech makes every efforts to return to these standards.

Finally, and I know this is unpleasant for some people, I think we can trust this brand.
In part, I chose it because others were facing even more problems.

Does anyone experince cogging and twitchyness of the ffb on Le man ultimate?
Ive deleted some of the .json files that were suggested in some forums, and it works for a short time, then the cogging and twitchy FFB is back again.
The smoothness is just gone. Its only LMU where i experienced this.
Please if you got a suggestion for a fix, let me know =)

That’s Logitech’s problem and as a consumer I don’t care.
As a consumer in 2025 I expect my order to arrive at my doorstep within a week max - especially when it says “shipping in 1-2 days” on the page I order from.
It also doesn’t help that their customer service is borderline rude when you try to get any information out of them.

EDIT: Also want to explicitly say that this has nothing to do with @LOGI_Rich who is completely awesome and always helpful.

I can only concur with @GlamFM, Logitech, as a "world's leading manufacturers of input and interface devices for personal computers (PCs) and other digital products", need to be able to handle forseeable events like black friday and christmas, have contingency plans for system outages of any kind. Do much better job of communicating and handling customer support. As for me, and I'm even Swiss (Logitech is a Swiss company) I've lost complete trust in them, hopefully they can rebuild this in the coming weeks and months otherwise I take my business elsewhere. I understand the competitors might be even worse when it comes to service and delivery times etc. but I hold Logitech to a different standard than a e.g. startup from China with 200+ employees vs 7k+ with Logitech.
The only shining light here is @LOGI_Rich, who's commitment to the community is just awesome.

Edit: Ahh and we are now 3 weeks in without an online store in switzerland and without any alternatives for resellers

Yeah the products are great, but they have to work on this. I had a very similar experience.
Just sell your products through Amazon if you’re not capable of building an infrastructure of your own.
It’s not acceptable.
I have just re ordered, Logitech gave me 20% discount code for goodwill, which was nice of them.

I just hope the damn thing gets delivered now!

It is in stock on the UK Amazon site, with similar, terrible delivery dates!
Logitech logistics are an absolute joke!

Has there been any software updates for the G Pro wheel since version 2024.8.641856? I’ll have to double check but that may be the current version I have installed.

@A_Dez08 don’t get confused between software and firmware. G HUB is software and it looks like you’re on a slightly older version than the current one, but it really doesn’t have much bearing on what I think you’re really asking, which is about firmware.

Firmware is also called embedded software and is what runs in the wheel to make it work. There’s been no newer release since 133.6.106 last spring, so assuming you’re on that then you’re good.

@Dragon Reborn they’re only available on the website, I’m afraid. Various countries’ stores are coming online now and Canada will follow, but I don’t have an ETA at the moment.

On the GT7 1.55 update.

Disappointed to experience that the open wheelers - - - Super Formula, new F3500-A, yet to test the others --- still feel crazily light. Like close to 0 torque and totally unrealistic. No fun at all to drive with the G Pro.

Seems counter intuitive. Open wheelers should feel heavier than road cars, not lighter. Surely?

Any info on what's causing this, @LOGI_Rich ? Is it a PD issue?

No. It's a car issue. No weight on the front until you get the car over about 50mph. The faster you go the heavier the steering will get. If it doesn't, you may want to change settings, in game and possibly on the wheel.

I did one of the license tests with the super formula recently and the FFB felt good. It really builds up in weight from the aero as the speed increases.

How realistic is this though? In real life would the steering feel featherlight at 30mph so that a toddler could turn the wheel? Genuine question. I haven't driven any of these cars in real life

Neither have I. It just stands to reason, the lighter the car, the easier the steering will turn. Of course, I learned to drive back in the day when there wasn't power steering, on any vehicle, and went through my early professional life driving some fairly heavy vehicles, even with power steering they were work to turn at any speed, and damned near impossible to turn at a dead stop. The more weight on the front tires there is, the harder it will be to turn. Go toss 1000lbs behind the rear axle of any vehicle you own IRL and tell me the steering didn't get lighter. Hell, 500lbs will make it noticeably lighter. The steering in GT7 appears, to me at least, to model real world physics fairly well.

Kunos put out a PDF recently with in game and suggested settings for different wheel bases.
So just fired up the game for the first time. Managed to map the steering, padal shifting but pedals are mixed up. Accelerate is braking despite being mapped as accelerate and brake is acting as the accelerator. Weird, wish is a simple plug and play experience as it is on GT7.
