Looking for a song?Music

2 songs:

The first one is a techno/dance song from around the 90's somewhere. Some of the lyrics are:
Your not just another lover. I dont know what id do without you baby. Its a bit like One more time by Daft Punk.

The next song is another 90's techno/dance song. Some of the lyrics are:
I want it now baby if you get it now baby come and get it all baby.

Both song's lyrics kinda repeat BTW.

Thanks in advance if you can find it for me :)

Nope i'll go try em now :)

Ahh the first one's right ;) I think the one i was listening to was a remix of it. Do you know the techno-ish remix? It was in the 90's somewhere.

The second one: on the dot.

I wanna say a big thanks Diego ;)

speedster: the song is "Ready Steady Go" by Paul Oakenfold

BLITZ: 1st song: "Remember The Name" by Fort Minor, 2nd song: "BAWITDABA" by Kid Rock

You may also want to try searching YouTube to find a clip of the music in question, which would help immensely - you will probably also find that the name of the music is either discussed or mentioned in the comments of that clip too...

Hello music fanatics. Today I listened to a song in the radio that I would want to know the name of it and the artist.
It is a men who is singing, it sounds English (from Britain (but I can be wrong)) and I think the genre it is Alternative.

I just catch a part of the letter, and I don’t know if it is right but it sounds something like this:

«So why won’t you go put stars on your eyes (x4)

So why won’t you go put stars on your eyes
It is the same old story, you just don’t realize
But is a long long way»…(I just don’t know what he says in this part)…«karaoke machine»…

Hope it helps. I already looked everywhere and I am still looking. I can’t take the song out of my head. :banghead:

This was from my thread:

Well this has been on my mind for quite some time....does anyone know what song is these and/or can help find out what song was it?

1:That song at the starting of WRC 2 Extreme (and the main menu music as well)
2:The starting song for Burnout 2: Point of Impact (i know there is a cover version of that song for Burnout: Dominator, but i want to know the original song!)

Could anybody help me out here? :nervous:

So can anyone help me?

@ LdS - The track you are after is...

Stars in thier eyes by Just Jack

@ Mnm, - Not sure on yours as I haven't played the games.

Does anybody know the name of the tune in "Ocean's Eleven" when Rusty goes to look for Saul at the racetrack, it's sort of a seducing melody, a very popular one at that. At least I'm pretty sure it plays in that scene. It's sort of like Saul's theme since I remember it plays again in the scene where he's waiting for the briefcase at the Casino entrance.

I've tried and tried again but I can't find it. I even previewed all the songs of the movie's soundtrack at Amazon, and it's not in it. :grumpy:

Thanks. 👍

Here's a list (from www.imdb.com) of other pieces of music from the film that are not included on the soundtrack available from Amazon. Perhaps you can look them up on YouTube and see if you recognise any of them?

"Theme From A Summer Place"
Written by Max Steiner
Performed by Percy Faith and His Orchestra

"Moon River"
Written by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer (as John Mercer)
Performed by Liberace

"Spanish Flea"
Written by Julius Wechter

"Misty"
Performed by Liberace

"Take My Breath Away"
Performed by Berlin

"Rodney Yates"
Performed by David Holmes

"Cha Cha Cha"
Performed by Jimmy Luxury and The Tommy Rome Orchestra

"Spirit in the Sky"
Written and Performed by Norman Greenbaum

I was able to find definitive results for each one, but none of them are the tune I'm looking for. :indiff:

I'm putting together a small play and I could have used Saul's tune (as I like to call it) for the BGM. I think I may be able to use "Take My Breath Away" instead, it won't have the same comedic effect, but it'll have to do.

Much appreciated anyhow, TM.
