Server: WEEKLY GTR SHOOTOUT

This is the first of many weekly based races. I'll keep this a weekend thing mainly for Saturdays and Sundays. This race is custom fit for but not limited to Skyline GTR's. If you have any other Skyline trims such as GT-S, etc. you are still welcomed to joined. Based off the horsepower majority restrictions on PP or Horsepower will be placed so players are near equal advantage in the near weeks to come. Our lobbies will vary throughout the week. This weekend's theme is GTR SHOOTOUT.

Feel free to add me to your PSN or just find us in the OPEN LOBBY. Keep a look out for WEEKLY GTR SHOOTOUT.

Races will start when there are 3 or more cars on the track. If there isn't more than 3 cars the track will be free run until we can get a large enough group to race. Tracks will change every 1 to 2 races.

PSN: Francois1689 I'm looking to organize a series of races, kind of like the le mans series or alms. This is all just a rough idea but there would be rules and it would be mostly gt1 cars 600hp or less and roughly 1200kg or more. I haven't really picked out the tracks or anything because first I want to know if people are interested before I start doing the work. But basically you would get points based upon the place you finished in and at the end of the series there would be a winner, either you'd just win bragging rights or maybe some cars that one could sell. I would like the races to be longer not just 5 or 10 laps but possibly 1 hour long races every week. So please let me know on my PSN: Francois1689 by sending me a message with suggestions or if you just wanna join the series or try and let me know on here. Thanks a bunch hopefully we can get this sarted!

Good idea. Never work. My experience? Trawling online for a game...waste of time. Creating a game...waste of time. Online is populated with drifting, boring or people setting up races with BHP at 426 or other weird numbers. There car fits exactly this criteria, they go on to win...bbbbbboooorrrriiinnng! Not enough Shuffle races, when you organise one, either people leave or no-one enters. Try taking the car out of the equation instead of modding cars or fixing the regs.just so you can have an easy win. I set up a race, Monza, realistic, attainable limits, heavy damage, three laps. No-one turned up. Why? They buy a game which is suppposed to be a "real driving simulator" but use it likes its an arcade game. The only reason to race online is for the added excitement. I have tried just doing arcade, expert but there is no real challenge. Am I the only one but try taking the car out of the equation and just make it about the driver? Shuffle or same car racing is closer and way more fun.
