I like racing and drifting. If you want to race in the Nurburgring, just add me. I will own you with my Skyline GT-R (R34) lol. I raced today to someone who was continiously hitting me with is veyron when I drifted. I challenged him with all other players as spectator. I would give hime a X2010 when he would win and I wanted a Silvia S13 lol. At the very first corner he bumped me into the walls and my car got damaged. He was 18 secs in front of me but at the end I destroyed him and finished 1st while he still was racing after the 30 secs limit. He deleted me afterwards but I dont care. I hope he doesnt drive his veyron again.

Hi. I'm looking for friendly, clean drivers to race with now and then. I work strange hours, so my best availability is actually weekdays, 8am to 12pm EST (!), but I come online randomly at other times.
I prefer racing low- to mid-powered cars (200 to 550 hp) with sports tires, and all aids off.

Racing 1x 15 lap - i.e. nearly 2 hour - race each weekend.
Up to 500 hp, sport soft maximum.
All assists off except ABS & TC
If you love the 'Ring this should be fun!! A decent length race will keep away the 'bashers'
I'll start the room about 9:30 am (8:30 UK/9:30 Euro) for practice.
Hope to see some of you there!!

OK, giving this a stab, had this idea recently...
24 Minutes of Daytona
15 lap races of Daytona Road Course, open to Group C and LMP cars (or GT racers if you wish). No aids, no tire restrictions (this will affect pit strategy, as no tires will last all 15 laps).
Room open now, PSN name The359 or room number 1472-6118-3830-2746-2209. Up to 16 players but open to any amount, as long as it is more than 2. Should be running for several hours tonight.

Alrightm giving my idea another go for the 24 Minutes of Daytona. I realized I had the wrong room number last night, but got two good races with 5-6 people participating.
15 laps, LMPs and Group Cs as well as high power GT racers. Tire choices open for strategy. All aids disallowed and realistic grass. Light damage to ensure no ones race is ruined on Lap 1.
Good money payout due to length, and unpredictable racing.

Hello everyone,
I just searched for a thread like this after doing my first three online races, which were quite a mess with drivers punting cars off the road.
I would be pleased if someone could add me and invite to some fair races if you are interested in having clean and close racing. I race as fair as possible and respect other driver's lines, but really like those door to door duels, which racing makes so fun. I don't want to be lucky to stumble across one clean racer from about 150 other players and want to try it this way. My PSN ID is "Sprulla".

I would love to find some others that are noobs and want to learn to get faster, race cleaner, and generally have a positive online experience. Im not very fast, but i love cars, love racing.
I usually race street cars with some sports parts installed. Comfort zone is between 250-500 hp cars. An example would be the '07 350z, crashed one in real life so racing here is a lot cheaper ha ha. Not into f1 cars and super monsters that i cant make stay on the track (what can i say? im getting old and my reaction times are getting slower)

Anybody is more than welcome to add me. I've had GT5 since launch but haven't played online much. That and the fact that barely anyone on my PSN friend list has GT5. When I did race online, I was so on-edge because I didn't want to crash into anyone's ride. I'm not terrible at racing, pretty ok actually. Though that's against GT5's A.I., hehe. Anyway, I need to get used to racing actual people.

Trust me, I was nervous last night for the league's first race. I had the exact same reservations. While I did trade a little paint, it was never my intention, and I think that's whats really expected. I do want to get a headset, though. That way I can at least apologize, when I screw up. I think you should join us for next week. We only had nine turn out last night, but it was still the most fun I've had with GT5 so far. Seriously, what do you have to lose? Go for it!
I cant wait until next Thursday! sounds like what I am looking for. Ive been racing a bunch today offline making sure to stay with the pack and try to get my corner braking down so I dont end up in everyones trunk I still tend to swing wide in some corners and side swipe the unfortunate car besides me.
