Disappointed. Really should of been in the 55's. Have been running them all day with a 55.128 being my fastest. Thing is it's really hard to go out in this car and be on it straight away. The tyres don't help. Still, it's only practice!!

Really wish I had practiced more. The two mock qualis I ran before the real one didn't help much. Best personal time so far -- 56.1xx. I'll try to get some practice in tonight/tomorrow morning so I can stick with the front runners tomorrow...

What didn't help my quali was doing half of my practice on racing soft tires. I bought them for my bob to break the car in on and forgot to take them off. I felt like king of the world when I ran a 54.0xx :lol::lol:.

Man the qualifying times are extremely close together. There is less than a second between the top 10, which should make for a very tight race. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out tomorrow 👍

is there time for me to quali either tonight or tomorrow? or was that the only qualifying session?

There was a session yesterday as well.

quali's done now, though. Like I said in the FMSC room earlier, if anyone no-shows, you'll get the next spot

Race will be interesting for me. I've never ran a race this long or made a pit stop during race. Gonna be fun. At least my car will start to get broken in before season starts.

Trust me man, after the first race you'll get hooked. GT5 Online racing is the best thing on the market right now, nothing can compare! I started in the Lexus IS-F series that started back in January I think and I don't plan on slowing down with online racing any time soon.

I expected more from a champion. You've let me down, you've let yourself down but more importantly you've let ya mum down...........
............... :)

Sorry Mule, I can't make the races and qualification as I have other things planned.

Please scrap me from the list.

Qual. was well done and enjoyed watching everyones try. Race should be alot of fun.

This was my first time with that type of qual, i like it, everyone in the same condition and just 2 laps to do your best without mistake, even mule was nervous in the 3rd lap eheh.
Watching everyone was also useful to learn where you can improve your lap time... I need to finish the break in, now.

I'll say this about my time...

I make Captain Slow look like a speed demon! :ouch: Did some work on the gears last night after Qualifying and may do some practice this afternoon to warm up.

You're only 2 seconds back, Cami. Everyone had a solid time, amd it's very hard to be consistent at Tsukuba. Keep 'er on the track and you should have a good finish.

Anyway, I have a mock points table made up. Same idea, but a little simpler than the Integra table:

Man I am almost nervous, these cars are pretty hard to tame when under pressure. To win this race you gotta stay focused, as well as being fast, but more so focused.

And good luck passing if the guy in front of you isn't making mistakes.

This brings up a question that I'm not sure was asked yet.

If we get more than 16 Qualifying times, will there be some sort of divisioning and have the results gleaned from the races that have been run?

I think if like 26 or more people qualified then the slowest 10 would open up their own room to race in. It happened before in the Flyin' Miata series and the winner of "Room B" was given a spot in Room A the next race no matter what their qualifying time is.

^fixed.

Cami, if we have more than 16, but only a few more, then there's really no point in having a "b-room." So those guys will be put on a waiting list, and if someone no-shows then the guy who qualified 17th will take his spot.
