Maintenance and Update 4/7 10pm PST

Quoting directly from gran-turismo.com:

At the following time, we will perform game update maintenance on the Gran Turismo 7 servers.

[Day & Time]

April 7, 2022, 05:00 - 07:00 UTC
April 7, 2022, 22:00 - 00:00 PDT

[IMPORTANT]

Please note that during this time only Arcade Race within World Circuits, and Music Rally will be playable. other online services like Sport mode will not be available and progress will not be saved.
Here's hoping they did more testing than they did for 1.07 (or for the announcement for that matter - the UTC date should be April 8...or should it? The Australian page has the update as being "7 April 2022, 15:00 - 17:00 AEST").

Edit - the extended version posted to Twitter by the Gran Turismo account (h/t @bduddy) reads as follows:
Gran Turismo 7's servers will undergo maintenance during the following period:

[Day & Time]
Start: 04/07/2022 01:00 EDT
End: 04/07/2022 03:00 EDT

(Please note the above times are subject to change.)

During this period only "Arcade Race" within "World Circuits" will be available to play, but various online features including "Sport" mode will not be accessible.

Also, game progress cannot be saved while the servers are offline. To save the current status of the game, the console must be reconnected online after the end of the server maintenance.

Thank you for your patience.
So it's starting in a couple hours (it's 10:26 pm EDT 4/6/2022 as I type this).

Can't see it being the money heist update.

They'd have said more if it was that, surely?
This is the same as the notices for every other update. They never mentioned that the maintenance would include any kind of update. But still, it has every time.

They promised these changes in early April, this is the last chance for the update to actually be in early April. This is the update they promised.

They already announced what will be in the "beginning of April" update:
Changes that will come into effect beginning of April:

 ・Increased rewards for the latter half of the World Circuits events by approximately 100% on average;
 ・Addition of large rewards for clearing the Circuit Experiences with all Gold or Bronze results;
 ・Increased rewards for the online races;
 ・Addition of eight new one-hour Endurance Race events to Missions. These will also have larger rewards;
 ・Increase the player's wallet upper limit of non-paid Credits from 20,000,000 to 100,000,000;
 ・Increase the quantity of Used and Legend Cars on offer at any given time.

No mate, they don't give details in server-maintenance notices.

It will be the promised update.

EDIT:
Geez you guys are quick.

Ooh, I like your confident optimism!

You've convinced me!

Move over and let me on that bandwagon of credits!

I’m holding on to my credits. I’m not buying a thing until after this update. I’m saving for the Hagerty Gr.1,2,3,4 cars. I already missed the Sauber for now because of the credit nerf. I wanna see how the economy is before I go on a spending spree.
I’ll get that Alfa Romeo later.

The tweet doesn't seem to match the actual webpage, so perhaps they meant to say more but forgot?

It's finally coming!!
I think sooner rather than later. Judging by Eastern Hemisphere versions of the notice and the version posted on Twitter from the Gran Turismo account (h/t @bduddy), the April 7 UTC date is right, which would make the update 10 pm PDT April 6, or less than 3 hours from when I typed this message.
