Alpha > I only used the original image
what I did was copy the rim out and transform it to a perfect circle
apply radical blur then transform it back to original shape
the wheel I put was very flat ... take a look


edit > I don't like the badge of Ford
and I love to overbrighten anything in light colour

Hmmm, when I do radial blur, I don't put it to a perfect circle, I just select around it and blur!

@Jacoja - Looks awesome! It would look even better if you put a radial blur on the wheels to make it look like they're spinning.

Yeah, I did do some blur through photoshop (on the wheels). I had the radial blur for afew minutes, but got rid of it due to the awkwardness (because it is not a complete side-on view).
