That R8 is sweet very good job. After I get through the million dollar deal I will have to look up your car and buy it so I can get the vinyl package. I truly like the race car and/or vintage race car styles. I figure after the million dollar deal I will have some money to burn. I want the "Cars" Z06 also, that was nicely done. Since I don't have the Z06 yet and apparently I need something to compete with RUFin's Z06 it would be a great addition to my garage. Yes I want a rematch he wasted me while I was in the '69 Mustang and the S302 Saleen Mustang while Turbo_lag and Dragonistic were cruising around in the black mercedes. Both races were alot of fun!

Thank you! :dopey:It was really hard, because there are many little details. I worked 9 hours on this car. At the moment, I'm working on a V8 Vantage with the DBR9 racing style.

Wow, that's seriously amazing. I'd definitely rate it 10/10 if I saw it on Rate My Ride. 👍

Thanks Turbo Lag :) The "Average Rating" is 6.64/10... There are too many jealous people. :ouch: I purchased 12 of the DTM A4. I will post a picture of my Racing Ford GT soon, which was purchased 14 times 👍

Well I know what you mean by the unfair Ratings...just look at the first few pages of the Top Rated. You'll see riced Gallardos, donks, 3637" rims, etc. It's almost the opposite, higher the ranking worse it is lol. I saw some really nice race car liveries rated at an average of around 4. :ouch:

When I rate someones ride, I look at the work put into it. After doing several cars it is apparent who has put a few hours or a few minutes into their ride. My Ford GT took me over 3hrs and 5 Beers to get it done. ( I hope the skunk stripes are straight).:sly:

Not that I can seem, except for all the wanna-be's that rate that stupid 2F2F GT-R look-a-like highly. But there are some very cool designs in the top 10, like the red bull Gallardo (which some idiot purchased and passed it off as his own so there are 2), the McQueen Z06, Batman vs Superman Lambo.

One of the top cars had a naked woman on it? That was just ugh.

I seen that also, absolutely despicable, have people no respect, morals or sense of decency? Well, I know they don't..........

Nope not me, if the car looks crap it looks crap IMO, no point in putting 10hrs into something that looks horrible. I judge by how tasteful I think it is. I do rate some well that have had obvious time put in, like the pac-man car I seen the other day was pretty cool.

Same here. I saw a sweet Eclipse, it was almost stock, only a few discreet mods. It was gorgeous.

Turbo Lag you're worrying me, 2 nights in a row you haven't been on MC LA, are you alright?

Alrite guys, time for another meet. Hit me up with some time suggestions and I'll put the details in a new thread or something. Please use this thread for discussion for now.

Well preferably a Saturday or Friday night for Aussies so I can attend.

I was thinking probably about 6-7pm over here for us Queenslanders which is 7-8pm for you in Melbourne. That would make it about 8am or 9am over in the world of GMT.

Well that would sound great to me. that would be 1- 2pm for me!!! great.

I'm in for that time!

Chris

Any night is bascially fine for me but the weekend is definately ideal. Also, Incase some of you got confused I meant starting time is (time) or (time) and the end time is undecided untill we all feel ready to leave, just leave 1 at a time like last time when you feel you must.

EDIT: Saturday night it is then if it is ok for all the GMTers etc to have it on Saturday.

It should be alright for GMT'ers, but Americans on the other hand.

I would be fine with that, provided its a weekend.

If we do races can we have it single make cars or ones of the same class? Like for example everyone in a 69 camaro (seeing as everyone probably has it).

EDIT - Turbo Lag, you might want to change your first post in this thread to Meet 2 and have the list of potential people again and rough time... so people only have to look at the first page for a quick reference 👍

Robin.

I think we'll go with that. I'll have a better look later on, this time I'd like Christhedude to show up, since we kind of skipped his time zone. I'll try and make it next Saturday. First post updated, nobody can miss it now

Could I take part of your meetup too? :D

I haven't been racing online for a long time... :indiff: But your plans sound really good!!

Edit: The start is at 23:00 GMT, which is for me in Germany at 00:00/24:00, right?

lol, I didnt mean line everything in the first post! Just replace it with the new info like the rough date / time.... and who is down for potentially coming...etc etc... It just looks messy currently with lines all through it!

Robin.

Weekend mornings aren't so great for me because I'm generally on childminding duties. But I'll follow the thread and show up if I can.

Ooh, do you think there is enough room for all of us in the lookout up on the hills? Would be a nice place to meet, more scenic and relaxed.

I know I know, I didn't do it because of what you said. I did it for the time being, I've updated the first post slightly but a better version will be here tomorrow morning. Anyway, this weekend dosen't look too good. Are there any possible weekdays which people could be free on?

If I do it on a weekday it had better be early in the night (Like no later than 6pm my time start), not Monday, not Thursday. Friday I'm up all night so when ever on Friday nights.
