I would have had an easy podium if I wasn't taking out in the beginning in the race. I wish the person who did waited for me like it states in the GTP ORL. even if you have everyone pass you you need to wait for the person YOU wreaked. No If's, And's or But's!

In future please let me know via PM asap if there was an incident which affected you during the race, I don't always spot them especially when I don't have much time to review the replay as was the case this week, if you let me know I can issue penalties to offending drivers accordingly...

Yeah Mont just say it.Also kudos to you for looking out for traffic when spun on the blind corner despite the frustrations.Very professional.

I'm just saying right now I'm moving on from Le Sarthe I just want some fun and fair racing that is all I ask.

No Neal it wasn't you .

Montal and I had a collision on lap 3 at Sarthe .

I mentioned it in my first Sarthe post , he was racing Gprilli early in lap 3 and made a mistake and I caught him in one of the chicanes . I passed him , he re passed me and during a next pass on Montal we had a collison , a racing incident ofcourse ( wasn't intentional of any sort ) my car jus got the better rebound and I didn't spin .

As I said in my first post I waited on him for a while , allascato passed me during the wait and I carried on with the race , I didn't know the extent of montals crash and didn't know why he was taking so long . During the race when it happened I thought it was just a racing incident , looking on the replay I am definetely the one to blame because I was attempting the overtake but it was an accident , one that was unavoidable.

My apologies to you Montal , I didn't know you took it to heart .

I just assumed it was a racing incident and nothing more .

Is bump drafting allowed at Sarthe?

And it's a shame you quit Montal as we were having a decent battle for a bit.

Sorry guys I haven't spoken in a while. I have been extremely frustrated and want to calm myself down before I say anything that could be harmful. It just sucks to know you faster then some but only to have the draft in this game screw you up.................

After reading this post I felt very sympathetic. Not that I am angry at any particular person about any particular thing, but having started in the middle of the pack most of the season, I have found it to be a challenge the first few laps in traffic. I have lived your frustrations many times about the draft and how it is really hard to shake people. I can relate.

If I have learned anything from season 2, it was a lot easier to be up front than in the middle of the pack.

Just be careful about your criticism because it seemed to go beyond the party at fault and onto innocent racers just trying to battle. I am sure you didn't mean to but that is how it came across.

Bump drafting is a legitimate move, one that can be beneficial to both drivers, but it does require both parties to be ok with it, if you're not happy being bumped I suggest flashing your brakes at the driver behind, you'll lose the extra speed they gave you and they should get the message ;)

I am more angry at the track then anything else I can see how what I said be misunderstood I'm just saying the draft is my #1 issue I need to deal with and it's up to me to be ok with it or not. And I believe that is why the front runners love the draft in more technical tracks. It just doesn't seem fair with the current draft.

Also I'm no longer practicing in my lounge.

Montal smashed the record books at Trial Mountain with a 1 16 2xx

I still don't know how he takes care of his tires and still does those lap times

I can manage to hold onto the tires for about 10 laps with solid high 17's so I guess I'm going to have to run my first two stop race :"(

Did some quick testing and the NSX is as much a handful as I expected around here, I can only manage a high 1:20 after 10 practise laps, I guess this is the part where I start bitching and moaning that my car is not competitive on this track!! :P Perhaps I can use the wallriding and corner cutting "strategy" to make up the lost time

Oh man that is so rich!Still 4 seconds off is a shocker. And on top of that I will not even have a chance to practice this week.

Lol I wonder how far that gets you!

Phil we could have practice when ever ever I am on here just let me know and I'll jump online.

Got some time, will go on now!
In my lounge for a few laps.
Done. The car is hell,it bumps everywhere and it has sick oversteer even at 130mph.
Better than the previous setup and I can find a good flow, but best after 7 laps is only a 1.21 flat.

It was interesting talking with some of the other drivers last night.

Everyone except me sets up their springs with the front harder than the rear , I've been doing the opposite .

Hi SoopamanLuva (and the rest of the drivers in MRC).

3D3 Racing is hosting and promoting a friendly single race challenge between the various current GTPlanet GT500 leagues. The idea is to have up to four individual GT500 leagues on GTPlanet send 3-4 drivers to compete against drivers from other leagues in a single race event. Team points will be earned, and a league winner crowned, based on the finishing position of the top 3 drivers on each team.

See our thread in the "interest checks" forum and leave a message if you and/or any of the drivers in your the series are interested. We've already got commitments from three series (including a verbal commitment from PURE JGTS) and would love it if your series would be willing to send 3-4 drivers to represent you. Car choice and grid spots are on a first come first serve basis.

You don't have to commit to any specific drivers at this point and the ultimate choice of which and how many drivers would represent your series would be completely up to your series (and probably to a great extent scheduling).

This is just a one time "fun" event and no further commitment expected/required. Regulations are simple and cars homologized so they are not a factor. The biggest challenge will of course be scheduling a time that works for all drivers, but we'll do our best and given it's just a single event and not an ongoing commitment I think we can pull it off.

Thanks,

GTP_WRP001 / Tim

Hey Soopa I like WRP001's idea we can be 4 teammates fighting for the MRC. Do you agree?

I thought it would be Gprili garagefather and SkengD. There have been there first season and seem very consistent with each other in a leveled platform. also Immortal is in another GT500 league you never know if he is going to be on their side.

I wouldn't mind entering that GTP league I just wandering who is going to be Team PURE's drivers.

Everyone in Pure is advance or some call them Aliens.

Nepalii for example took my FIA GT3 season 2 champion status away from me. I would say he is my rival because of that but his is in a league much faster than me. I'm having difficulties racing him in FMSC...
