^ Yes. I suspect we may be going back to Vanilla in the next month or two since so many people sped ahead and essentially ruined it for others. Tekkit is a community game, very few seem to understand that unfortunately.

Righto. Well I've logged into the server for as long as I can before I keep getting kicked and I've assessed the damage to Adam's house. That's as far as I got before the server started acting up. I'm going to have to try and fix the server issue and when I do, adam, you're going to have to send me a PM and we'll arrange a time for you to get on and we'll fix up your house and items. I recall vaguely what you had in one of your chests so telling me 40 stacks of Diamond blocks won't work But we'll get it sorted out.

It's very extensive damage, what looks to be the size of about 2 TNT explosions, but that can't be it since I've turned explosions off in case someone's nuclear reactor went sky high, or someone thought it would be funny to drop a few nukes in middle of town. Hawkeye dosn't like Tekkit, and thus I can't rollback Adams house. We'll just have to rebuild it. And since it's an accident and partly a server problem, since Hawkeye won't work, I think that gives us ground enough to spawn in stuff and fix it.

You're not in trouble, Turtle, just watch it from now on, and like I said, go slow. Ask other people to keep an eye on your stuff when you're offline. We'll get it sorted.

Don't worry tlowr you don't need to fix it, I'm not really going to use that house much more. Ironically I have a few stacks of diamond blocks in my inventory as I was building the castle and Ghs I have other secret condensers (because someone decided to steal from me on the first day) and one stack of red matter is about nine stacks of diamond blocks so it's not too hard to get.

Btw Tlowr you can use an ability on infernal armour which blows up a massive area around you which is probably how Lewis blew up mine and Rhys's house.

And Lewis stop using the stuff in my house!

Edit: And my Tekkit just crashed when I tried to open my energy collector :L And Lewis do you have any of the items you broke because they should have dropped.

DQuan, you should look into replacing lockette with LWC. It doesn't use signs and you can also lock any block such as crafting tables and furnaces. It should work for all the Tekkit stuff also.

Earlier today I was seriously considering shutting the server down at the end of the month, but I have decided to try something else.

I have set up buycraft on the server. Users can now donate if they wish to help pay for the server (and my drinking habbit!).

Donators will get a new prefix, and some other bonuses that I haven't decided on yet. Any suggestions would be great.

I can't even stay on the server more than .4 of a microsecond, so yea.

And the donation thing is awesome, thank goodness that's been implemented. I actually have a bit of a stable income now selling the computers and stuff, so you'll most certainly get something from me once I can get everything else settled and actually be able to connect to the server. I've been screwing with java and may have found a fix clientside, though I think the bug is serverside. We shall see.

I just finished building a huge wheat field near my house. If anyone happens to see it, please do not mess with it. It took 2 hours, and I would not like to replant all the crops.

I'll donate for sure but I think Tekkit is causing a lot of issues. I haven't been know the server for about 6 weeks thanks to bugs on the server and a lack of interest in Tekkit.

Why am I not surprised?

I think we may need to clean things up a bit. A diamond castle is fine, I see no issue with that. EE is there to get stuff, why not put it to good use?

But holes and explosive stuff will need to be filled in. I'm hoping I can get this bug fixed and can actually join soon.

So...I've decided to join my friends' vanilla server instead. Sorry Dunc but my heart is no longer in the GTP server, and I'm enjoying this one a lot more. No children bickering, no limits on building, just good old fashioned fun with my friends from uni. It's amazing what they've been building before I joined, one of the towns is built around the landscape and knowing that it's all been done without spawning just makes it even more incredible to look at!

You can in Classic, but buying the full game is a much better experience. All the motivation I needed to buy the full game was to watch Let's Plays, especially RoosterTeeth's, which are hilarious.
