You are given time. I will push the time a little bit. I accepted pipi's friend request late and he missed out on some qualifying. We'll probably start around 10:30. If that works for everyone else too.

Oh... that's not too great. I'd like to change the time to fit every driver. Is it possible for everyone else to have the race moved back an hour?

It's fine - don't worry! I'll just get in on season 2. You'll never be able to find a time to fit every driver all the time, so if one misses out, it's okay.

Currently having a few issues... '05 Mini is faster, Pipi is having connection issues I think, jacnob hasn't gotten on yet. Where are the other 8-9 drivers who signed up and some of them have agreed upon the time and date.

Maybe a weight reduction for the 07? Power Reduction for the 05? The 20+ Torque advantage for the 05 is truly an advantage.

I went by the tuning requirements for the '05 and I didn't even hit 256. The '07 does. My (newly purchased) '05 hits 248. Big difference? Maybe. Time to test...

I feel quite stupid now. From 248 to 261.

This car corners extremely well, may be one of the leading factors. Also, just have to ask, did any of you '05 drivers do any weight reductions? I think by adding ballast after a weight reduction does affect performance.

I'm sorry I missed the race. I had to go shopping with my mom. I thought I might have made it back home in time, but it took much longer than I thought it would.

Yes. I did all 3 weight reductions and added weight to reach the 1210.

Don't do that.

Maybe I should say this, I did allow weight reductions, but I'm not sure or not if it affects a car's performance. But if it does, then I'm going to have to say: "Buy a new Mini." That may be a leading problem in the '05 vs '07 thing. I wonder about that '02 though. no one will drive the standard. But I'll always have it up, and maybe even the non-S Minis will come as well.

I did the weight reductions on the 07, and added the window glass reduction on the 07, and the 05 was still about a second quicker when I tested on Autumn Ring last night.

I'll try and get an 02 up to 256hp, set up the same as my 05 and 07 and see what's what.

*edit* Either a weight reduction on the 07, or a power reduction on the 05.

I'm thinking the '07 should get a weight reduction. Time for testing! Also I did have an '02, but I accidentally sold it. Yes. That's right, I sold it by accident.

Yeah, on the '05 vs. '07 thing, I'd honestly switch it to one-make '05 if it were me. The real-life series uses the supercharger and not the turbocharger, and I really do think that makes all the difference. I personally like the handling on the '05 better.

EliteD is going to tweak the rules a bit... the pre-season race revealed that we need to level the playing field between the 02/05 and 07 year models.
