Thanks for your setting, I love especially M6 in gt3 and your setting is very great :). I'm thankful.

Ps: you do anothers lobby tomorrow? ^^

Hey MINKIHL,

I would like to say that your setups are very good and thank you for your work.

I have a problem driving Nismo GT-R on Nordschleife. Every time when I accelerate on 1st and 2nd gear, even sometimes on 3rd my car has a big troubles in corners. I know it is FR car so any sudden acceleration on the corners should be avoided but unfortunately it is very hard to manage it on DS4 and even when I gradually accelerate very often I get a slip.

I would really appreciate if anyone would say how to drive that FR monster. Also, I tried to extend the 1st and 2 gear but it does not help at all.

Mybe I am just a poor driver... but now I am gonna watch that replay on your channel with Nismo GT-R on Nordschleife.

I had the same issue especially with the low speed corners. I set the traction control to 3 and this got rid of any issues with losing the back end.

Hi Damiano, yes the gtr needs very much smoothness on the throttle out of corner... thats some characteristic of the car.... putting tc on 2 maybe solve the problem

Hello. Brake 5 is the brake sensity of front and rear? +5 or -5?

hi droehner, brake balance -5 is front and 5 to rear....dunno why this is this way around

Hi,Dominik. Will you do some tuning on N300 cars?e.g. Audi TTS coupe.

no, till now i will look only to racecar setups

Hi MINKIHL
Your tunes are great thanks... is there any chance you will doing a tune for the Porsche 911 RSR 2017 (911) for Bathurst ...
Thanks

Hello Sir I'm sorry but now i Can't find the example you gave about the changes you would make to your Tunes if entering in open no rules Lobby's? SS Tires,Max lowest Vehicle Weight,Max Power,Thank you so much for Sharing your knowledge in Advance!

Servus @MINKIHL - thanks for your support in many ways! Been studying your replays and tried to emulate - stuck at 1:58 at Lake M. for example (Gr.3), so I keep trying to set TCS to less than 2 but I just can't understand how you guys do it - not only in tight corners it just seems too unpredictable so I get too cautious to be fast. Would probably take days to adjust and pull off some laps, however I don't see how I could anytime soon be consistent with it in a race. My question: could you do me a huge favor and drive a lap on Lake M. with TCS set to 2 and send me your section times? I can do 31.x, then 1.00.1, (next one not sure) then 1:58 ...if you tell me you are like 1:57.6 or so with TCS 2 and 1:56.1 or whatever your best is on TCS 1 or even 0, I guess I'd have to pass on any race for a while and master that milestone of TCS1... more torque cars (Corvette? The Veyron in Gr.4 I can pull of in TCS1) are more forgiving, the Nissan for example (high RPM, less torque) is harder right? sorry...long mail. anyhow if you find the time...THANKS

Hi Minkihl, thank you very much for the work and the efforts spent on this, your setups are really useful!!!

I am now focusign on the Nissan GTR Gr.4 and trying the different tracks, however I have issues in setting the gears as per your guide on Yamagiwa.
When you say:

Top Speed: 240km/h
Final Gear: 3788
1. 2187 / 108
2. 1607 / 133
3. 1353 / 158
4. 1173 / 185
5. 1047 / 212
6. 0957 / 244

The different gear values you suggest are out of range for me. I normally setup the gear with this order: A) Top Speed, B) Final Gear, C) Individual gears (if needed).

If I do so, in this case the values of gears 1, 2, 3, 4 as per your setup, are out of range for me.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi, first of all iam only joining lobbies where BoP is activated, because of my transmission settings and because iam used to it.

Then i simply adjust only the max gear for the specific track... change tires and at least if it nessessary (as example nordschleife) i put wings frond an rear to the lowest, because the SS make good grip and u can also drive with my porsche setup almost 280 kmh up the döttinger...

Edit: the transmission setting stands in the setup sheets post one if ur not sure during a track session

Good morning minkihl. can you make a Setup for beetle with Bop off?

No sorry, because you have only to change the transmission for the faster car and maybe change tires to the softest possible.

Tipp: maybe u make the first gear a bit longer to avoid too much wheelspin

Hi Minkih
I will look over the transmission today and will repost the changes

Thanks, appreciated.

I have one doubt, and I am in office now so cannot check. Is it possible to setup a time trial in offline mode, with the BoP activated? Or do I need to create a room in the online Lobby section?

yes you can set bop in time trial

Hey Minkihl, I’m going to have to agree with @Zeitoss , up until yesterday I have been tuning with your setups with no problem, now all of a sudden it’s being... stubborn. With every car i try tuning, it’s either the 1st gear, or the 6th gear that does not want to cooperate after doing the transmission trick... Is it a bug? Is it patched? Quite frustrating as I have not had this issue until yesterday...

Thanks!
