We all want this series to work but you need to relax your defensiveness, start concentrating again as you did before and start speaking to people the same way as me and u speak in private, i dont believe that the members know how much respect you have for them, so tell them!
You dont make bad decisions because you dont care or because youre arrogant, you make bad decisions because you are in a hurry to sort things out before the members become impatient, just try saying"ok guys give me the time to get it sorted"

He does make a good point, we should all try and avoid drama/arguments at all costs now. We've lost enough people from them so far and as @Spooky Wooky says... PMs only!

This will help to keep the crap off the main thread and we'll be able to have objective and private discussions about any problems. As when they're on the thread everyone adds their £0.02 and it causes more problems.

Edit: I'll also admit that when drama kicks off I'm the first person to tell people to **** off! That's my issue and doesn't reflect on anyone.

If it's light rain to heavy rain. Make 2 slots in the Lobby for Real Time. The time is 2pm for all Countries for the Races. So 2pm in the United Kingdom is 2pm. Whatever the Weather is, in the United Kingdom. Hope this clears things up. The double Point Races. The time will change. Cause the Race will end at night.
