Apart from my 48hrs of Hell track (which was a request) I want PD to see my tracks & understand what we could be making with better tool's.Just be aware that these glitch tracks probably counts as illicitly modified game data and could result in bans.
Just so that everyone knows about the risks involved here.

Tighter bend radius's, bridges, tunnels, custom length S/F straights or even bend em, individual segment hight adjustment, stuff like that.
We've proved what the PS3 can handle it, even the dumb AI can navigate these tracks.
So PD should hurry up and incorporate these features because I see these custom tracks as a game saver.
I hated this TPE until a certain individual gave us the custom APK, now I can't stop making great tracks that otherwise wouldn't be possible
I want more options as well, all I'm saying is that everyone should be aware of the risks. We know how it ended with the hybrid cars in GT5 and users who were banned from going online.
You can do great stuff with the available options too. Just focus on what can be done instead of what can't be done.
the Hybrid Cars / Game Save edits , were abused and used for CHEATING!
Well, we do this because some said features [Tighter turns, place starting line anywhere, >10k length, crossing over, etc] are not in the game and so we end up with modded tracks with these missing features.Just be aware that these glitch tracks probably counts as illicitly modified game data and could result in bans.

Honestly, PD should just implement these features anyway in 1.03 of the app.
Of course, that's because we're modding it to do so. I think of this as a message to PD (rather risky) of what should be implemented. Right now, it's a workaround of missing features. And I'm not saying you shouldn't. What I'm saying is: think about the possible consequences.
How?custom length S/F straights or even bend em

No that's what I would like PD to implementOf course, that's because we're modding it to do so. I think of this as a message to PD (rather risky) of what should be implemented. Right now, it's a workaround of missing features.
How?
I'm going to try and recreate Milan Circuit from Race Driver Grid
That was a fantastic track.
Why don't you recreate it on Andalusia & just place buildings all round the track for a city feelI made a replica of Barcelona from GRID 2 the other day. The layout feels good but unfortunately without a city theme the atmosphere is just not there

This is PD we're talking about though & killing off great features is the one thing they're good atWhen i see how many people are having fun with "extended" tracks i would say PD would be stupid to stop this. It's not only about extreme tracks like rollercoaster or k1, all tracks which are made with the "extended" CM are much better because you have much more possibilities to create more "organic" bends and curves. And the free placement of S/F straight gives us much more variation to do tracks in the interesting areas of a theme.
If PD wants to stop this (what should be very easy for them!) my interest playing GT6 will be about 50% less. I don't think they are going to build new tracks or cars for GT6 since they should be all working on GT Sports. So which constantly new excitements will be left if not racing "extended" usermade tracks? The "normal" CM tracks are somehow all the same after a while. Only "extended" tracks are real new fun today, and the players working on this tracks is what makes GT6 interesting again day by day... and for free! I guess PD knows this and stopping such a good feature they pay nothing for should be not a good idea
The only reason why they would is to hide their shame that their audience is better at making their game than they are.
Once i come across 4 different online rooms playing this track on a single day. This track is popular, which depends on the view its either good, funny, or just plain bad. That sounds like an incredibly biased assessment of the situation. It's far more likely that they'd stop these modded tracks because it makes the game look bad.

There are also performance issues: For instance, after I tried the rollercoaster track my system bogged down and eventually froze completely.
As for "better at making their game than they are", it may be irrelevant to you wether or not the game freezes when you try to use a glitched track because as a modder you can just say: "try this at your own risk, I take no responsibility for what may happen to your system and your game". As a developer you can't do that, you need to make sure that the performance is stable - limits may have to be imposed. Bypassing those limits doesn't make you a better game developer.

It's just plain bad. I hosted a lobby and oh boy, everyone was complaining about freezing, not seeing cars, and getting stuck.Once i come across 4 different online rooms playing this track on a single day. This track is popular, which depends on the view its either good, funny, or just plain bad.
