It is still on, but as @Mike Rotch says, the comp seems to have hit a bit of a slow patch and I apologies if it's been for my occasional tardiness in posting themes and polls.


I will leave this open for a few more days to give @Crash time to submit a theme for the next round.

Capture something, whether natural or man-made, that goes up (rise) and down (fall). Capture the subject as it is rising or falling. This can range from something as simple as the rising and setting of the sun to something as esoteric as the rise and fall of an empire.
