Most intense fight scenes

I don't remember that much from the "Supremacy", but I did love the fight scenes from "Bourne Identity". đź‘Ť

I know lots of people like them, but the Bourne movies have to have some of the worst fights ever. Maaatt Daaammooooon is not an action actor.

Hard Boiled is excellent, all the gun-fights are really in your face.

I know that knowone will agree with me, but if we are talking proper intensity i love Bad Boys II's action. The car chase with the Ferrari is amazing & the gun fights are just excellent. I find myself watching this whenever its ok Sky Movies (even though i own the DVD). ITS EXCELENT!

I saw a basketball player from my favorite team fall just like that during the game. He was 6'7", probably weighed 220, 230 or so. While he was high up in the air, another player undercut him and flipped him in the air. When he landed, I thought he died. Turned out he was perfectly OK, but it was still very scary.

Slick Rick
Is that the final fight with the huge Japanese General? If so that fight was wicked đź‘Ť
That was with General Vegta

Gabkicks
Fist of legend is one of my fav martial arts movies ever
watch fearless and you get to see Chen Zen's master in battle
Jet Li's Black Mask is full of fighting. So is Bruce Lee's movie...the one with Wilt Chaimberlain. In that room but I forgot the movie T-T.

Old Boy, the hammer scene
Despite this thread being almost ten years buried, I must say I'm surprised that there is only one mention of Oldboy in the whole thread? That scene defines intense and tribute scenes to this have appeared in other films since.

I'd like to add the loader vs alien queen fight scene at the end of Aliens.

@MeanElf

 Holy thread revival, Batman!!

100% agree with Oldboy. Made me cringe whenever the hammer landed a blow.
Both Raid films have real intense fisticuffs throughout. John Wick also have a surprising amount of excellent set pieces in it too.

...And then there was second Ip Man movie. Donnie Yen vs Sammo Hung on a table.

Pure epic goodness. YT it.

It has to be done once in a while ;) of course since 2006 quite a few good and intense fight scenes have surfaced, like you say, Raid and Raid 2.

I will do that YT thing.

I actually think Yugioh, when it gets dark has some really intense Duels which are Yugiohs equivalent of Fighting. Especially all those duels during the Barian Invasion arc in Zexal as well as every Shun duel in ARC-V when he facing someone from Duel Academy.

If I was to choose, I would say Yuma and Shark/Nash's duel against Don Thousand, it goes against anything possible in Yugioh to the point where Yuma had to do over 200,000 ATK damage to win the duel. Though Shun and Sora's first duel is a very close second, it pretty much turned Arc-V from a happy anime to a very dark anime.

Raid 1
Raid 2
Mad Max Fury Road (Max vs Furiousa & final road war)
All Jackie Chan's movies (except Shinjuku Incident)
Anchorman
Bourne Trilogy
Jack Reacher had some good fight scenes
Casino Royale

@JASON_ROCKS1998 wow those fight scenes are good. I can actually see what happen in those scenes.

As far as martial arts movies go I like Donny Yen as Ip Man, the move at 6:04 is brutal :).

Another Donny Yen scene, looks convincing without the over the top camera cuts

Whilst not exactly 'intense' I think the main fight scene in Kung Fury is ridiculously over the top:

In fact, the whole film is unbelievably over the top, from start to end.

The train fight scene in Spectre is pretty good

Spoilers if you haven't seen the film

Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3 has plenty of superb fight scenes, sometimes one on one, and sometimes one on one on one on many :D

Captain America: Civil War has an awesome fight between Cap 'Murica and the Winter Soldier.

Angel Beats has several awesome fights.

Lastly, I want to mention the ending boss fight in Metal Gear Solid 4, which rivals any movie in the chorography and music score in its last hand to hand fight scene.
