Was running the Renault Turbo during this series, and I noticed the oddest thing: adding ballast actually decreased the A-Spec value. Shouldn't it have had the opposite effect? O_o

Are you sure it was against the exact same opponents? A-Spec points depend on your horsepower, weight, downforce and front tires, and how it relates to the other cars in the field. Change any of these things, including any opposition cars, and you change the A-Spec points.
