So...
Fresh from my disappointing run in the IGTL (need a wheel now imo, reaching a DS4 limit I think) (long list of excuses, of course I'm not just too slow! ;)). My qualifying opt time would of put me 3rd however, saw my epic time split and it put me off for last sector! :P
I'm eagerly looking forward to the next round in the
TSR SuperGT series.

It was so cool to see you go head to head, against the top guys in that race! We were rooting for you all the way! :gtpflag::bowdown:

I'm goin to try to make it back home in time for the race but not promising anything. Been stuck in traffic for past hour. And still 4hours from home.

Sorry for the late call but 30 laps this one. Plus the formation lap. So 31 laps for the lobby.

I am probably going to host this one.

300s and 500s tripping over each other at points.

500s with the risky overtakes, and 300s with idling across the front of 500s that have made the deliberately early commit to a side of track they will be passing on.

Was messy, although I missed it all cos I was so slow

Maybe too early for a wheel, shame I used it cos with all the carnage I would've had a chance of a good result

Very much like real life haha! Thought it was brilliant fun, sketchy but everyone was careful enough. Me and T5 had one of the best battles ever tbh.

However..
It was all a little ruined by some arguing afterwards. People make mistakes. It's just a bit of fun. :/

Didnt have a very good race yesterday :/ had two remarkable incidents :
I crashed after touching the grass, when I rejoined the track I had a small collision with CJ. Dont know if he had damage becaused of that. Completely my fault as we touched on the racing line, but I simply didn't see him coming. When I rejoined the track it was clear, when I got back on the racing line, suddenly CJ was there too. Irl I could move my head to the right, which it not possible for me without vr. (I have that option disabled as I never use it. This was the first time ever I needed it)

Second incident was with Fred dude, who lost a position because of me. I was getting lapped on the outside, missed my braking point and pushed him off the track. Hughe apologies for that. Probably my worst move ever on Gts...

@CrazyJohn : I was aware that our collision was my fault, no need to make drama after the race (not the first time this happens). If someone apologises, just say "no problem" and move on. We are racing in Gran Turismo, not in Formula1. No price money, nothing to win/to lose. We are just here to have fun.

Yea. This Have to be one of the best battle for me. The race was good/fun last night. Dident think i would be Fighting for a place In the top. I was wrong  Did not even had time to drink my beer

Was bummed out to miss this week's race due to not turning my PS4 on as soon as I got home last night! I don't use the PS4 App either so I missed the last minute callout!

@GTWelsh, I get the impression I may have been asked to hop in a GT300, just based on the numbers....

The race looked strong for the first third of the race from AJ's perspective, tightly contested for a good few laps!

I was really hoping he could break into the top 3 this week and looked like it could have happened...

From the looks of it, tyre swaps probably made a bigger difference here than last couple races. I don't think the net gain was there but being ahead of a person by 2 or more seconds and pitting for tyres would have gotten you back past whoever was chasing you.

Thinking back last night I was rather violent to some. Apologies in advance. 4 hour sleep and 20 hours working i think 12 hours of that was driving. Was checking this morning when I was pushing to get back last night to make the race I managed to get the rs6 down to 2.6mpg I think I'll be putting that fuel through the buisness

I was amazed you made it, you gave a 4 hour estimate with 2.5 hours to go if I remember correctly ! Top job.

No mate we had 1 GT500 seat available if I remember correctly. Otherwise full.

Could've gone better for me. I messed up quali and got damage in the race from tapping Sam. Then i lost time being lapped and had Welsh and Dirten emerge from their stop ahead of me.

I thought you did well, was really hoping Dirten and T5 would hold you off until the end but they let me down :P

Aww I was foot down to make it, i didn't break many speed limits I broke them all

Qually was over before it started as the ppl talking during my hot lap didn't help my hot head. So just pulled over. But next time someone talks during your lap it's tuff

the race was really good fun as much as I hate that track just lack of time there and track knowledge. Plus Finished 2 places higher than expected so can't complain 1 bit. Once I started to gain a bit anger and learn track was over faster than expected. Gts still spoils the last lap as I was goin to block mikey so I could do my last lap but thort aww it is what it is.

@RealJaySee Well, lesson to learn for everyone is to check the radar or the mini map before rejoining, or change the configurations so you can look left and right.

I'd say getting in the habit of watching peripherals seems like a better habit to get into out of the two.

We both know from the VRR SGT series that radar does nothing to help, we had people in GT300 use it and all they did was complain the 500s were in and out of radar sight in a heartbeat.

Looking around you allows knowledge not just of who's around you, but who's also around THEM.

Sorry for not updating the standings, I always wait for the stream and from then on I've been mega busy up until now (in and out the country). So I'll update them tonight.

Looking forward to the race tomorrow.

I hope you had a good get away and catch up. Was the weather good to you?

Was okay, always a few degrees warmer there than in wet and rainy North Wales!

Standings updated.

Points X1 weight ballast for this round!

It's hotting up in the GT500 field in both drivers and manufacturers championships! Top stuff guys.

The ascension of samdigby is also causing the top of the GT300 field to close a little.

Laps sorted, 26+1 for the formation lap.

I think it was the race I've entered with the least training since 2012! I litteraly made 3 corners before begining the qualifying session (sorry for delaying it) and I adjusted my setup during the qualifying  It was good fun tho, despite Fred which found the way to teleport himself over the track, but I dealt with it.

My full race is uploaded, and will be as a premiere in an hour!

Here it is!
