Would it make you mad that to insure my turbo Miata was roughly $60 USD a month?Sold. Just can't find the funds to insure it, ended up buying an Ibiza which I might end up making a thread about, but then again, I'm lazy![]()

I am confused with this statement. So you could not afford insurance so you took the funds that could have been used for insurance, and bought another car? Which will probably be around the same amount for insurance? I would think a 92 Miata could be insured for $55-$70 a month. So the insurance is cheaper on an Ibiza? My 05 WRX is only $70 a month with full coverage insurance. Please some one clear up the confusion.Sold. I think it has to do with living in the UK and the high costs of a 2 door convertible over there insurance wise.I am confused with this statement. ^ That, I suspect. If you can't afford to insure the MX-5, then selling it, spending those funds on a cheaper-to-insure car and insuring that instead is the only real solution.I think it has to do with living in the UK and the high costs of a 2 door convertible over there insurance wise.
Now I'm going to brag about how I pay less than $200 per year for my carThen again, I only got the compulsory insurance (A full cover probably wouldn't give me what my car is worth in parts)
