J.J didn't seem too happy on Twitter earlier when he was being asked questions about Bristol.

Not even running the Daytona 500? Doesn;t he get a provisional slot in as a Daytona 500 winner?

He'll most likely be part time in the 21 again.

But, Bayne is also rumored to be in the 22, and with Penske going Ford, it could be a high possibility that he gets signed with Bayne already being under contract with Ford.

Hornish will be in the 22, Kenseth in the 20, Newman in the 39. Logano will either run a 4th Gibbs car, or drop down and dominate Nationwide.

Pretty much my prediction as well.

Congratulations to all the winners from Bristol action...

* Congratulations to Timothy Peters in Trucks with that dominating performance.
* Sliced Bread (Joey Logano) finished P1 in Nationwide.
* Denny Hamlin was the man who went to Victory Lane in Cup.

Up next- Hot-Lanta, baby! Bring on Atlanta Motor Speedway! All three top series will rock the Peachtree State's awesome oval (Which I'm personally a fan of). It's "sink or swim" for the Cup drivers trying to make the Chase. This race and Richmond are going to be CRUCIAL to make the Chase.

I just noticed something.

The race results show that Ryan Newman finished Outback.

There is "enthusiasm" for next year's V8 Supercar event in Texas from the NASCAR fraternity, and NASACR officials have said they'd have no objections to their drivers making an appearance in the V8 race, though no NASCAR drivers (except Ambrose) have been directly quoted on the subject and they have all cautioned against pitting NASCAR drivers head-to-head with V8 Supercar drivers.

I would love for Kurt Busch to be fired by James Finch and end up in a start-and-park car.

Let's point out 2 things, Finch needs Kurt as much as Kurt needs Finch. It's funny you try to say something this :dunce: considering Finch has now even helped him with a truck ride and few nationwide races. Finch is having one of the better years of his ownership days, and Kurt is slowly getting his head on. Everyone is so quick to jump on Kurt about himself without actually knowing him or what he goes through as a person. I love how people do that.

On the 2nd point, Kurt would pick up another ride that isn't a start and park, he has too much talent to just do that. If that was his only cup ride, I put money he would be in nationwide fulltime in the 54.

Here is a really good video about Kurt, I highly suggest you watch it to pull you head out of your tail.

It's Kurt's attitude that makes me dislike him. If he can control his temper, I'll gain more respect him, but for now, I can't stand him.

I'm not saying he should end up on a S&P team, but because of his attitude/antics, that might be where he is heading. Any more blowups from him, and he might be looking for another ride.

It's been posted before, but here is a video of almost all of the incidents Kurt has been into. A lot, huh?:

That doesn't make up for all the videos posted with him disrespecting reporters and other drivers. I have no respect him.

No one said it made up for his actions, and he has fully taken credit for everything he has done. This is where I get little uptight because everyone points fingers at him because he is in the spotlight, but he is human. He had some issues that aren't cut and dry as people want them to be, and not always easy to deal with as he wants. I'm not asking you to like him but take a step back and think about folks with mental illness (you would be shocked at just how common mental illness is these days).

The reason why I am a Kurt fan (never was during Penske/Roush) was just how I've seen him struggle and have issues like I have but just is pretty open. I wish I could explain how your mind works when it's built like that.

And I will say this, because Its been issue on other forums for me. I will always respect another persons opinion as long as it's not personally attacking.

If that's the case then he should stop racing and deal with his problems instead of taking it out on everyone around him. Doesn't change my opinion one bit. Yes, sometimes other drivers will get upset, but they just don't talk to the press and watch what they say. Kurt has taken it too far, way too many times. I have no sympathy for him.

They don't want NASCAR drivers trying the V8 Supercar series?

I wonder why...

I thought they didn't care? I don't see what big deal is either way considering how many run other series, atleast it might get some attention state side with NASCAR names.

Kurt's been in the sport for about a decade and he still can't correct his behavior. Even though drivers like Harvick and Stewart have been "bad boys" in the past, they've at least done enough that they can attract sponsorship.

That's Kurt's problem right now, and on top of that, he's tearing up equipment every single week. Is that a driver I want driving for my team? Absolutely not. I'm sorry, but all the talent in the world is worthless if major sponsors don't want to back Kurt, and I feel lucky if the car's in one piece by race end.

I understand what your saying but there is huge difference between a bad boy and an mental issue.

I know it hasn't been said or that I have seen but I put money on Kurt being bi-polar. It's not black and white take meds and it's fixed. Those people will have the lows, take the meds til they get to the normal better place, and then think they are ok. It isn't simple as trying to trick your brain either because it's how the it's wired to work so it's fooling you not other way. I think he was thinking he also wouldn't lose the ride and now is really understanding how it's tearing apart his life. It usually takes things like that to make it click, and they probably will still battle at times.

I battle with something like this and my dad is Bipolar along with working in mental health. I know it's hard for outsiders to really understand things like this.

Maybe he took the answer and applied common sense to get how many Lee had?

...I didn't think so either.

Kansas Motor Speedway has been repaved and the banking has been adjusted to match that of Las Vegas's banking. 👎

I got an idea. Change all of the unique tracks to 1.5 mile cookie cutter ovals. And make them ones that Jimmie Johnson would dominate (not much different since he dominates every track).
