I forgot to mention the post I made earlier on Durant staying with the Thunder was based on what I saw as Breaking News on ESPN's Bottom Line. That's where I got that tip from.

Guess I'll see you on the court as well, then.
Are you a Lockdown Defender seeking a max contract but unworried in how little you are expected to do on court, because if so we may be the same person

Wing who can score who doesn't need a max contract, & isn't going to beg for the ball.

Edit* I took it again and changed up a couple answers with a focus more on winning now; I'm being traded to Miami.

Ok, Knicks. I'm rooting for you to win the 2011 Finals.

Also, I'm not ready to live in a world where this is fine:

EDIT: OH MY GOD :dunce:

Lakers & Mozgov agree to the 4 year/$64 million deal. :odd: Looks like errrrbodddy gettin' over paid again this season.

@a6m5, what the hell are you guys thinking giving Parsons a 4-year max deal after his 2 below-par seasons with us? I know we overpaid him to steal him from Houston, but the dude's unrestricted now.

Maybe the Lakers are trying to force every team to use all of their cap to sign any player, because if Timofey Mosgov (the only center worse than Roy Hibbert) can get that, than most of the league deserves a max contract

Hey now, according to the stats, Mozgov's only the second worst center in the NBA, only in front of Hibbert.

Also, Demar Derozan's going back to Toronto:

Not surprised. Toronto has the talent, they may just need 1 extra piece to solidify it. I have a feeling Biyombo is their big target, though and there's already a report claiming the Raptors are prepared to try and trade for Noel from the 76ers if Biyombo leaves.

Nerlens will be a way better player than Biyombo ever will once he gets out of Philly (His peak is DPOY Chandler IMO), he needs to be on a championship contender to realize this potential though

Agreed on that. With Embiid rumored to finally start playing this season, he will need to find a team willing to either start him or have him as a back up to a veteran big man to learn. Otherwise, I have a feeling he'll play second-fiddle to Embiid if he's cleared to start.

i'm sorry but do the knicks know what year it is?

also lord please give their medical staff strength to complete this season

Rockets fans, rejoice!
I really don't know what Atlanta's trying to do.

They got roasted by Tristan Thompson in the playoffs, they needed someone who could get 15 boards and 3 blocks, Al Horford wasn't that guy, Dwight could be

I still don't know about Dwight's behavioral issues and his defense now, after his back injuries and whatnot. And also the Hawks have lost depth by trading away Jeff Teague, too. They're probably also gonna lose Kent Bazemore, so that might not help.

Anyways...

Mike Conley is now the highest paid NBA player. Of all time. Let that sink in.

So, Atlanta... how you liking one of yours coming home to play for your city's National Basketball Association team? I read a three-year deal for Dwight Howard to play for the Atlanta Hawks. I'm actually pleased to see him go. Or as one Adam Schein might say, one would rather have four on the floor than have DH12 in the lineup. Only question is who's out there to take Dwight Howard's place?

This is getting ridiculous. You have bench players making All-Star money now....

That's the TV deal in action. Everyone that's a free agent now planned everything perfectly. Tis the season to cash in.
