I think it means any original track as i don't thing there is an english track on the game. you can prove me wrong if you want to.

Jaguar XJ220 @ Trial Mountain

Its not going to win....but i do like how the photo reflect the rural landscape (when i played GT2 a few years ago,i thought Trial Mountain was a GB circuit....)
