Id like to think 4-500 , but wouldnt be suprised if it gets near 700. I have a good idea for some quick fit wheel stands , $30 worth of material and possibly worth quite a bit more when finished. Will post up some pics this week for some feedback :)

I know my seat I could sell for 150 as a flat pack and fit a seat from the wrecker. all up 200 bucks but it's a bit big for most people but works great and feels good

Race started well for me today with a pole. Emu had me at the 2nd split by .050 and I managed to claw that back in the last sector to be .008 ahead over the line. Very close quali :)
Once again a below average start for me and lost 2-3 positions into turn 1. Settled in , as much as I could with what was going on lol , into 4th for a while then slowly moved up and down the pack like everyone on those first laps. Egoore made his way to the front and took off , For a while I thought he was on hards and drove the wheels off it to keep in his tow. Eventually realized he must be on fire or on softs and was content again to run with the pack. Copped a hit in the back and found the sand on about lap 15-16 which put me from fighting for 2nd to 7th. That was redressed (thankyou) and I put I my head down to try to close the lead group in again. Made some reasonable progress and chances tangle with Emu helped me find a few positions. Mick and Sid were 6-7 secs infront so I pitted early for the undercut which worked perfectly to bring me back into sids draft when all pit stops were done. Ran with Sid for 16 laps , bumping him up the straight every lap to try to bring Mik in. Awesome job Mik , even me and sid working together we couldn't bring you in.
2 laps to go and it was obvious we weren't going to bring Mik in , and was also obvious Sid was not wanting to be in the lead on the straight for me to draft him. We battled right up to the last 3 turns where revs started to drop and the battle to be in "draft over the line" position began lol. Sid slowed on the last turn , so I dived around the outside and kept the gas into it. Think I caught him by surprise a bit and made a gap that made the draught difficult. Combine with my only draft shake maneuver all race, I just managed to squeeze over the line for 2nd place :) awesome Race.

Well guys replays ATM are looking a bit ordinary. So looks like a big week for me in replays. If there is any thing you think I need to double check pm me on my ps3 account thank you.

Hey guys...sorry for the bail out of race on my behalf today..i was pushing my luck with the 2pm start and when mass dropouts happened I kind of had to make a call and pull the pin...but none the less, the bit of racing I did have was thoroughly enjoyable with some good dodge and parrying with mr hatfield..congrates to my good mate sidfire and a fast fast fulch......also thanks again to mr chance and mr rage for a bloody good series

Sounds like an interesting race occurred, shame I missed it. Car turbo blew in practice (birthday party) and it wont be fixed in time for this weeks race (flying to my home town for time with family). Hope your son gets better Manoc, must hurt like a mother-flipper.

Not me... I was invisible..! haha

Yeah tried something different Fulch worked alright for a while, i knew after pitstops i would be reeled in but it was worth a shot. had fun though fighting my way through you guys made me fight for it but that's what i expected.

had a battle with clint in the last for laps managed to keep him behind me for 3 and a half laps until i made a mistake and let him through, i think he tried to stay behind me to make the pass under draft for the spot on the last lap unfortunately this allowed hat to catch us and he passed both of us.

If I knew you were on softs I might not have made life so difficult for you lol. Man , the old last corner draft battle , been in 2 in 2 weeks :scared:

Sounds like an interesting race on sunday guys. we are home again now hopfully for good this time :nervous: must say things are looking good. Thanks again for all your support and kind comments. Funny that my digital m8s are more supportive than most of my real life one's lol anyway should get some laps in before sunday wet again i hear. Ill be tryin to find some race pace in my purple banga this week so lets get it on.

Turned my first laps at spa yesterday, I mean first time on the track laps. Gonna take a while to learn and seems to be lacking some brake markers. Got my head around the track , so put track to 100% wet. Woooohoooooo , this is gonna be crazy fun boys :) Some epic off camber direction changes in the wet hehehehe and plenty of places I can imagine cars sliding all over the place lol

great to here Mr manoc miss your handbag flying around of your purple Ariel. lol and like I said here for you and any of the other boys any time. bit like our own self help group haha.

look on the bright side auts, you have 80 points sitting in the bank lol

I do, but I also have Fulch closing in fast lol. Plus have almost bought a house (unconditional after builders report today, a big deal in a earthquake ravaged city) so may miss more races if I'm moving at all. That said Frutti has offered to win in my absence, so if you could all allow for that to happen it would be great 👍

That's ok mate made for a good battle for a while I enjoyed running out the front for a change even though I new it would more than likely end eventually.

win or top 15 wateva!!:sly:...........congratulations on the house mate:tup:

Hey guys, if anyone is turning any laps at Spa, just did a quick 10 laps around there at 100% surface water penalties on, and did a best of 2.54.2. The silva actually has minimal tyre spin in the wet at spa. Quite surprised. Anyone done any laps round there yet??

Great news manoc, hope you're house hold gets back to normal again (well if anything like mine half normal) thats exciting news auts hope it checks out ok. Any cracks in plaster I know a few plasters could send one over. Frutti im more than happy for u to take some points off top few might help a few of us. Go fruitti go. Going to black Sabbath concert tonight so will be a no show for practice tonight. Dont know how im going to pull up haven't done hand banging for a while might be in neck brace for race on sunday so take it easy on me guys.

ok some administration news. 1 incident from the race Sunday, but as this was addressed on track no penalties. but having said that, it is starting to get untidy with cars bumping for more than usual. I know we are all competitive, but don't let that override your friendships. use the draft. I know I was in 5th on Sunday and crusing in the tow saving my tyres. I was watching people battle every corner to get to the front only to be out drafted down the straight. you need to lead the last lap, not all of them.
now to the big news, as you know we now have 18 drivers and 3 more want in. this is impossible to do in a single room. so, starting next series there will be 2. Saturday night at 9pm and Sunday at 2pm. the field will split as follows
Saturday
rager host
Luke
frutti
shamrock
fewzo
emu
Sean
Gary c
mukka
caveman

Sunday
chance host
Vh
Sid
manoc
autech
fulch
egoore
stud
Hatfield
Clint

this will not start till beginning of next series, so with those already in don't worry
at the end of each series, the top 6 from both will race off for grand champ and bottom six race off for b grade champ. hope this makes sense and is now open for opinion and comment.
car for next season is set and will be announced after round 8. thanks for your continued support and it's the people, not the cars, that have made this series what it is so thanks to you all

Wow , big changes. First of all a big congrats to NCR racing for running such a great league that's proving so popular we need 2 race nights :)
First reaction is damn , I will miss racing with the boys in the other league. Second reaction is , This makes sense for lag free racing. Finally , excitement at the A grade and B grade championship race off system , very cool.
I think this is necessary for a growing league and this setup sounds great to me. I would hope to be able to run wed practice and weekly sessions in mixed rooms to still race regularly with the boys in the other league.
On another note , I have been busy all week building race sim bases to hopefully sell on ebay etc. Have 2 models all painted up , fully adjustable and today am making an alternate adjustable gear shifter mount as an optional extra. Hopefully have some photos up this evening or tmrw for some feedback and posibble interest. Quite possibly the most sturdy, portable race sim base available :) So I have been so buzy with that , I have turned probably 10 laps at spa , which is my first 10 laps on the track EVER.... I look forward to a driving lesson tonight :P

Sweet, looks like the new league will be fun. I'd like to put forward that VH should be in a league of his own, cause he pretty much is already :D

Haha mr chance ill be swinging my handbag holder around spa on sunday just in front of you m8 lol. cheers emu yes normal is a very grey area in our house too lol. Congratulations autec hope it all go good for you m8. NO real shock about the need for 2 leagues this series is sooo well run and full of top guys it was always going to happen.

Just a thought but all ds3 uses could be the same league as with wheel users ??. would make for an interesting finals series sticks vs wheels

the decision to put which driver where is bases purely on who suits which timeslot best. we are still one crew practice room is first in best dressed deal

also we have 6 spots open at this stage. I you know of someone who fits the bill for our series let them know. don't ca're what pace or experience they have, just have to be a good bloke

Got a mate keen to join , as soon as he gets a wheel. Hes fast , needs a little more consistency but is CLEAN , and a top bloke :)
