What can i say guys, awesome racing yesterday. Unlucky to v.h and sean who had some problems. Great pole to auts and briggzy got fastest lap. Race one tried so hard to catch auts , little too hard last turn last lap and binned it. Sure you all had a giggle passing me in the sand. Race 2 had to work very hard to keep briggzy behind me but happy to get my first win for the season. Sorry to luke and clint for problem at the start of lap 2, some sort of lag issue by the look of it. Race was epic 5 of us nose to tail for 15 odd laps was so much fun and the reason we all do it. Racing that close with out punting each other off is what ncr is about. Top win clint and great 2nd to fewzo race 3, very unlucky luke i know how ya feel, same as me race 1.

What's the points structure 1st-10th?? Couldn't seem to find it another posts

How's the sh it weather down there Greg? Cop much of the wind where you are?
 
Hey mik, weather is very average atm. Thats Melbourne for ya, im used to it. The points are how tim used to run it, 46 for 1st place then drops 2 points every place after that. If you miss a round you get the same points as last place. Has worked really well for a few seasons now as you can tell from points standings. We would love to run one big race sunday but we have decided to run two 20 lappers to make it fair if anyone gets disconnected. Sure wish the network issues would get sorted, its really mucking up the great series we have got going.

Sweet so I'm 30 points behind so I just need 15 drivers in the room and for clint and auts to 'accidentally' get run off into the sand and finish last and I'm in with a shot ;)

Is there money on offer for these "Accidental run offs"? If so I might be bribed in to taking out Clint with myself into the sand.

You will be part of the mobility scooter race anyways Mik, this track is killer on low HP I've been over a second off Luke and Greg's best times. I hope the three of us end up in a massive battle, christen the ring in style!
 
Good luck for sundays race all. Hope you've enjoyed the season, I've had a ball myself, some very good driving from everyone. We will have a couple of weeks off before the next season starts, but no doubt most of you will be on having a run in the GTR-R35 Touring car for next season so catch ya then. We are also trying to get numbers up, so if you know anyone who would fit in to our way of doing it let us know. Lastly i haven't had any track requests for next season so have a think and pm me or luke please. Cheers emu

Real shame you never made it Clint. Was hoping for an epic showdown for the final round, not the way I'd like to win it but I guess that's the way it goes when you have a blown diff (out with mates).
I will just have to beat you next round instead :D

Yesterdays race went down alright, had fairly good pace for my HP but managed to go through pit twice again due to an incorrect entry. Luckily for me VH had had a few spins so I managed to stay in front. Well done to Luke who pounced on the last lap to get a snoozing Emu by .1.

Bring on next round! If anyone knows any racers who might be able to join us please invite them along for a race with us, we need to get our numbers up a bit as recently there has been a drop; the majority of which has been as a result of personal circumstances I know. We will be having a short break between rounds so get behind the wheel of the new car ASAP for some testing. It is an absolute weapon!
 
Hi guys, all done and dusted, we have a new champion, nice work auts congratulations. I've really enjoyed the series hope all of you did. Sunday was little disappointing as far as numbers went but the racing was great. Nice pole to platinum and some emu old fart managed fastest lap. Had a great battle going on with luke and platinum until poor plat dropped out, unlucky jim. Managed to hit the lead pit early and stay in front of luke up until lap 20, crafty old fart snuck up the inside turn 2 and held me of till the end, got up the inside of him 2nd last corner but backed out or we would both binned it. Awsome racing luke just .167 as we went over the line top win mate.

Hi guys, thanks for good show up sunday. Hope you all enjoyed it. Good to see some new guys in the mix. Luke and myself have been working on another one for this sunday if your up for it. They will be a touch longer so it won't be as desprate to get moves done as quick. We found some of the passing on the weekend not up to the usual standard. We are trying to give the new guys a good idea on how we do it, and sunday wasn't the best. Enough of that, think the day went well and hope everyone had a hoot.

Trying a new idea so make sure you have all three types of slick (RS/RM/RH) don't worry about inters or wets, we're going to run the car at 550hp so oil change is optional as you'll have to turn hp down anyway, it's going to be another mini series as Greg has said but this time you guys are picking the tracks, there will be qualifying for every race for your grid spot and the races will be 10mins each, regardless of laps...
Hope I got all that right? Any questions just ask... Mmmmm, Greg! or me?

Sry guys. My spat in the room wasn't directed at anyone. It was directed at the game. I'm over GT6 and all it's bu$&**** and have decided to bin the game. I jump on Sundays to enjoy myself and the game is turning that to ****. So I won't be taking part in this series or any series in the future.

It's been great racing you all. Has been very enjoyable since GT5.

Hopefully see you all on project cars.
