Yeeah that's why I wasn't in a HP clan or GT5 clan.. But things like the Ultimate Speed Pack carry over, and that makes it a lot easier.
BF3 and COD has it good, where you just put the clan prefix onto your name...

It's not toooo bad. It's sorta like doing concours. But you surprise everyone when a level 15 cleans a speedlist. AND you have double xp for a while.

Eh? There's 47 cars in the game, yeah. If you got only motorhead with each, then you'd have 47... BUT there is also the Driver plate, so it would be over 80 wouldn't it?
And I don't know about the 250 Takedown plate either... Do you get a number for that? I haven't got one of those yet... :S

ALSO. When you look at your number plates, at the bottom half of the list where all the cars are...
It is 5 across. The first plate across is Owner, for 400 odd KM of driving, the next one is Driver, for about 640 km of driving, the next, motorhead for getting every mod... But the NEXT one, what is that?? It says you get it for 643km of mileage again.. what?? What's up with that? I haven't unlocked one of those, and it's confused me, because it's doubled up... ??????? Anybody know? And just completing the 'across description', the last one of the right is for 250 takedowns, which I've never unlocked, and I don't know if it gets a number on your plate. :S

No, each car will only give 1 additional number to your plate. I have a couple of cars with both Motorhead and Owner plates unlocked but they only contribute one each.

It makes sense if you think about it, because it's the number of cars 'mastered'. You can't master a car twice can't you?

The number on your plate indicates how many cars you have all mods unlocked for so if you had every car without glitches all modded then the number would be 49 (for now). Now the plates for cars are for: all mods unlocked, 2 plates for driving 400 miles (Owner & the gold Endurance plate) & the last 2 are for 250 takedowns & 500? takedowns.

It's 48 cars for now, except the Marussia is impossible to get so 47 is the highest number you will see (unless somebody hacks).

The plates are Owner (drive 300 miles), Driver & Endurance Driver (both for driving 400 miles), Motorhead & Takedown Master.

On another note, I saw someone with 47 yesterday. We were in a room with 5 level 71-ers and all had 30+ mastered cars. Most intense speedlists I have ever played Good fun though.

The last few cars I finished I powered through. I just wanted to complete the game since I was so close. I've only seen a handful of players with 40+.

I'm still willing to collect plates in a private lobby if you want. Hit me up if you see me on.

By the way, how the hell did you cap out at 50 million SP? I'm at 34 million and that's because of the SP glitch from last year. Realistically I should be around 15-20 million.

NFS U2 is my favorite, but MW is awesome too...

The level of customization in NFSU2 was great. I really liked how you could do free run of the entire city without having to worry about cops.

Not like it really matters since cops rarely catch up to you if you zipped by. Assuming you don't wreck, you should be able to lose them without much effort.

So you only have to do motorhead? That explains it. I counted up all my Driver (643km) plates, and all my motorhead plates together, and realised there were 55 that i've unlocked.

That's stupid though. It's one thing to get 321 KM and then get every mod. But it's way harder to get 643KM and get driver. The Driver plate has one of those little gold things on it, so why doesn't it add on??? Silly. So now I know that all I need to do it get 321 KM for the cars, and get all the mods. Piece of cake.

So, Tildawn, is there a bug that gives you heaps of SP? That's retarded haha.
Some people on my FL have like 26M sp, too :S They don't even play it often. :L

It's a glitch, but I have no control over it. Whenever I enter a room it would give me 1 million SP even without doing anything offline. If I've done a 50,000 SP pursuit first then it would give me 2 million SP instead According to my profile page I should only have ~12 million SP. There's a youtube vid buried in this thread of someone physically boosting their SP to 99,999,999. He didn't show how though.

It's not that much harder to drive 400 miles, just very very tedious unless you're using the fastest Exotics. And unlocking impact protection is not that easy, especially in race and everyday cars. Or maybe I just suck at takedowns

It does count, unless you've unlocked the Motorhead plate before it. Each car can only add 1 number. You either unlock all mods OR drive 400 miles. Doing both will NOT give you 2 numbers.

Yeah all is good mate This means I can get the number for the glitched Audi too So glad Criterion added the redundancy.

Now the only thing keeping me awake is the Charger. Arrggghhh I hate region exlusive DLCs

No, once a plate is glitched you can't get it ever (unless Criterion put out a patch). But, there's another way to get a number for the amount of cars mastered (in case you haven't noticed, it's the small numbers on the bottom right of your license plate). You either need to unlock all mods OR drive the car to 400 miles. So if your motorhead for a particular car is glitched, or you can't unlock any mods like the Marussia, you can instead drive it to 400 miles and voila! It adds another number to your plate 👍

Bottom line: if you are looking to collect motorheads, don't bother. It's only for those people looking to max out their number of cars mastered.

Indeed it is. But it's still better than nothing.

If you use the fastest Exotics and average 200 mph on the I92 it'll take you around 2 hours. Not that long if you treat it as an endurance race a la GT5

They need to add more race cars, SUVs, and grand tourers. Rolls royce phantom, Radical and KTM xbow, and Jeep or the hummer that's on iOS. :L

Hot pursuit had quite a lot of DLC. Shift 2 has a bit. BF3 has heaps.
Fifa 12... Uefa cup dlc thing. But it's not really a dlc gaaame.

And MW isn't doing badly in sales like The Run, it's still fresh and new(for people who don't have 40 motorheads). They haven't released any details or dates for the new NFS that they're making. And they've only released 1 DLC so far. So I'm counting on them to release another 2 or 3 DLCs before the next NFS.

GRiD and Motorstorm weren't as popular and well selling as BP. If it has a future, they nurture that future. MW, I reckon, has a future until a new NFS comes near. (which is ages away)
