Mr.SlowHiya fellas!
Now that the 'Scrooge' series is winding down I found myself wondering around these parts of the board.
Needless to say that I am impressed with your driving guys. I knew that the AI drivers were bad but didn't realize they would give me such a false sense of security when it came to lap times! :-( ( I tried the week 24 race for about 30 mins and the best time was 2:43.xxx)
Anyhow, I'll be buying the MaxDrive soon so that I can join you here at the WRS. It may be a couple of weeks though.
They are very old rules, and pretty much a standard in the whole OLR community worldwide. From when I started playing GT3 OLR the rules have always been to have atleast two tires on track at all times... it's already more than 2 years now. I'm sure those rules have been around even longer than that.fasj6418yes that´s a bit neurotic, because it happens in real life with no DQ, but i don´t know, point is, they decided, so we have to play by those rules...
z06funIs there any way to pause a replay without it going to photo mode? And not only does it go into photo mode, but it changes the view when you unpause. Very frustrating. Examining my replays in GT4 seems very lacking compared to GT3, where you could practically do a frame by frame inspection of things. Any suggestions?
Kolyanaz06fun , save the GHOST lap (wich will be your fastest), and then go to the replay theatre to watch it ... pain in the bum, I grant you, but feasible.
Transferring replay files isn't as simple as loading up your flash drive and copying the replay to the pc ( although I wish! ). You need a special device called a 'Max Drive' (alternative is an 'X-Port' if you can still find some)peachyquaverHi, im not a gt newbie but im totaly new to this website and transfering data from ps to pc, the ps isnt recognising that i've plugged a flash memory drive in so im not gonna be able to verify my blisteringly quick times as yet is there any settings i need to turn on or is it possible that the flash drive i have isnt compatible with the ps? any help would be a great umm.. help.
peace.
peachyquavercheers people, what a big pile of gay tho..
s'not too expensive tho, i shall have to purchase said drive.. lets hope my m3 time is quick enough to be questioned
