Hey all! This thread is going for ages so I dont know if I'll get noticed, etc, haha! Anyway, I got a PS2 and GT4 about 5 months ago and have been playing it a lot. Only about 45% of the way through but I blame my mates (2Player battle) and drifting for all that. I started off using a Power House Amuse S2000 Street, set up identical to the drifting guide on here and loved it. Anyway, it really suited my style so I havent really moved on except for using different cars. At the moment im using a BMW M3, 430HP on N2s and im getting some nice pictures but still havent started entering them.

lol i guess, but i hate it when people say "Dont think like you can drive like takumi overnight" I just hate it

No one could expect to drift like Takumi overnight. You would have to be some kind of GT4 drifting God. It took Takumi like 5 years to get that good. His is a cartoon anyway, so you can do alot more than Takumi can.

You have to say it somtimes, People see initial D then come into the drifting world thinking that they can turn on there ps2 and be like takumi, it takes lots of time to first learn how to drift, then the techniques come later.

Fan of ae86, and drifting, i discover the fully potential of GT games about middle of GT2, im still drifting, but now im a proud owner of a DFP about 2 monts, im practicing a lot and im on WDS, and photomode competition. I work on little project now, new drift video coming soon!

dude. i once went through a 4 day (did i say day, i meant i went through the entire summer). marathon without getting up except to use the washroom and eat. i play alot of games.

Hahahaha, the Trueno's hidden oversteer attack. The vid does dound good HackiRoku. I should get around to making one, someday.

Welcome 350Zfreak, I suggest you look at which is best STOCK car to drift with? and What would you recommend as the best car to start drifting with?

You guys should try AR Max Replay battles. They are way better than video battles. Far more of a head to head feel to them.

Btw to make a picture less blurry try focusing the camera and increasing the shutter speed.

mad pro's to those that can drift in GT4 this **** is way to hard to do. I think drifting in Forza is easier.lol

Welcome HollyWood6886. Practice makes perfect. 👍 I have played some Forza, I find it harder to dift in that game. Probably because I'm not used to the control.
