I think I'll sit this one out.
My G27 should be here on Tuesday.
The way I drive with a pad, my hand gets sore after 5 laps :crazy:

Else: can anybody share his S3 installed upgrades with me? I tryed some combination, but i still can't get under 1:00:xxx without nitro.

With that beast CCX my best was not better then 6:53:xxx
Its the hardest car to drive in Shift I've ever tried. You trully need to be carefull with throttle. Is that car has turbo? Because it feels like an old ('70, '80) car with a huge turbo hole! I'll put an egg under my gas pedal:)

On Riviera I'm just under 1:19
 
If you check out the CCX Top Gear laps (especially the first one :)) even Stig looks like the thing is trying to break away from him every time he gives it an inch. Not just on the edge at speed, on the edge from the first tenth of a second from moving off the starting line.

In Shift, the superchargers by themselves boost the engine by 125% of normal output, so when they get going .. they really get going.

ed - should mention you never actually get to the RPM where that would happen, but if you could hit 10krpm ...

Ok looks like a defiant delay on the races this week.
I went work this morning and put myself on charge at 9.00am GMT and came off charge 15 minutes ago.
Thats more charge than I have in a month lol.
 
I noticed tonight as I was the host for quite a few races. That I was on poll majority of the time.
When the league commences the host will be the person with the least amount of points.

Good IDEA.
Since the beginning of the 1st season of the League I've noticed something weird about pole atribuition,made sevral references to that during this time:indiff:
Always thought that it might had something to do with profile points,but now I'm more leaned to your theory...đź‘Ť

I can't work It out. Could be random. I don't think there is anything In the code.
Thefast1 did suggest a qualifier lap then add 1 lap to the race to cruise round the circuit and pull up on the grid In our qualified positions.
There will be some changes next season regarding racing. Enter Thefast1 to explain.

God dam it what the hell are you doing EA games, this has me quite worried as I am expecting EA games to leave it as it is and focus on the next game instead of fixing this one which is disastrous for us and the league if they dont fix this I think the end of the NFS SHIFT RACING LEAGUE will be on the horizon.:scared:
 
Back some time ago I bought a game that was called NFS CARBON, the game wasn’t very old I mean what, maybe a month or so old, and I couldn’t get the game to even spark up. I tried everything I could to get the game to respond. I had written to EA, e-mailed them, and even tried to call them on the phone. Everything that they told me to do I tried to do and nothing worked. Since my pc was about 5yrs old at that time I shelved the game and waited until I could save up enough money to buy another pc that could more than enough handle the high end requirements of the game.

So a yr went by and I assembled my POWER BOX, it was virtually state of the art. I was so proud of myself that I had built it by myself from the box up. It had everything and my long waiting for my shelved racing game was finally coming to an end. She woke up and I loaded all of my software into it and man was that thing bad, I finally had real power and would never be denied again. So with much anticipation I loaded that great racing game into it, and it felt like it took forever. Well it took MS OFFICE, no prob. It took the biggest Adobe Suites money could buy, Auto-cad, Photoshop, you name it, but my little racing game wouldn’t ever wake up. To this day that game still sits in the box and If I didn’t get SHIFT for Christmas I probably would never have bought another NFS product.

So here I am always looking forward to my next big racing weekend, practicing when I can to try to finish on the podium, thinking I may have been to judgmental towards a company that has given me one of the coolest FPS games BF2 and now another, what I thought was a pretty darn good game, SHIFT. I hope they don’t let me down again by not fixing there problem and just going on their marry way.

Well that's EA games for you mate they dont care at all, I mean come on how the hell can you make so meany patches and yet still keep making the game worse.

I love this little league we have and for most of us its quite important life is no easy ride for most of us at the moment infarct life can become a quite unbearable ride sometimes and all that crap we have to put up with day to day really dont matter becase we know once we come home and press that PS3 power button and do what we love doing RACING and for that small time we are playing all the the crap we put up with in life does not matter nothing matters except racing its like a temporary release for me were I can sit back and unwind and forget about all the troubles life brings.

But it seems no matter how hard we all work at this league the more crap that stands in our way, The constant connection frame rate and erratic cars, but they have all been acceptable to the point were we could put up with them but now this thing has popped up I think it has really pushed me over the edge I just look at shift now and start to get a headache and after this I really do think that this will be the last game a ever buy from EA GAMES so if EA games gets the contract for the next shift I will not be buying it.
 
Some " SCHMO " who is talking like he is an insider over at the " EA " Need for Speed Shift General Discussion Forum has said
I believe this issue has been resolved. I was jut able to connect to EA Nation & Friends, get into a online race and finish it without any issues.

Is that like " she seems to be pregnant ", or " he seems to be dead ", or maybe even " I seem to have won a million dollars in the publishers clearing house sweepstakes", hummmmm....

Good job Lefty! Bring us the latest news! EA have a few days before i trade their trash to SCC.
 
I just filled an incident report with the support team, who knows how that will work out.

From what I am seeing at the EA forum there was a tare down of their servers to remove older games on the 11th and the dummies must have corrupted their database’s that have to do with the friends list for their matchmaking server system.
