bok = goat (Dutch)
bok = **** (Turkish)

Actually it's "hello".

It is made out of old, ancient cheer "Bog ti pomogao" AKA "God be on your help", but in pronunciation "Bog" (God) became "Bok", because in Croatian language some vocals turns into other while speaking.

In some parts of Croatia "Bog" is still used, but in central Croatia where I live, "bok" is in wider use.

Amar allow me to answer him. "Bok" is like a slang word in croatian language for greeting someone. I could say it's mostly simillar to "Bye" or "Hi" on english.

You know, I think that new HUD image isn't an actual in-game capture, for severl reasons. First of all, the image in the rear view mirror is backwards from what it should be. Also, both the brake and gas are being pressed. This would be acceptable for a demo shot, but notice that the turbo boost meter is pointing to low. If the gas pedal were depressed as indicated, the boost meter would be pointing to high. The indicator lights are also all lit up, which would also be fine for a demo shot, but guess what? If the handbrake were pulled as indicated, you'd be seeing smoke in the rear view mirror. Also, the track map display looks like total ass, and I'm not even sure you can have two cars on Amalfi.

It's a good demonstration of the new HUD, but it's not a real screen capture, IMHO.

They are in game pics for your info, the two bars (red and blue) next to the rev counter and the speedo are for TCS and ASM aparentley not brake and gas but if they are brake and gas notice the car red bar which would be gas is not fully up, theres at least 20% more to go, if the car has a large turbo it won't wind up until the throttle is almost completely open, the accelelerator and brak can both be pressed quite easilly, you just press both buttons/pedals together but someone said before, they are for ASM and TCS. Also the image in the mirror is right, look at the mao, notice where the blue dot is NOT the red one as said earlier in the thread, look at tyhe easy left hander infront of the car and the easy right in the mirror and look at that map and whats infront and behind the blue dot.

Im not convinced.
The hand brake light is on for one. The fuel light is on, yet this has yet to be seen featured. The Oil light is on, yet we have no mileage.
Im pretty sure they are brake and gas indicators not TCS ACM bars. the cars at redline in revs yet boost guage is 0.

It just reeks of a mock up shot.

The fuel light is not on, the hand brake light might not be in the same spot as in GT3 since the ASM, TCS and oil lights are all different. That light could be one of a number of things, and if it is the hand brake, that would explain why the TCS and ASM are in use.

the fuel light is on its the light on the far right, the oil light is on its the one to the left of that, the TCS ASM light is on (in my opinion they have combined this warning light), ts the first light and the hand brake light is on its the one to the right of the assist light.

Check amars original pics that dont get obscured by the ign logo.

They are not on, they are not lit, they are red whenever, they are lit bright red when thery are on. I've seen the original pics. The light on the rev counter is on, the fuel and oil light are not on.

Well they looked pretty much lit to me.

Most warning lights dont illuminate in anyway, until they come on.
Especially not in dim red.
Still not convinced.
As Cobras Grainy ingame pic shows, there is no visible sign of the red icons illuminated in any way.

I never said the pic was faked, just referring to svens suggestion that not everything was quite right about it. its just a mock up, with everything turned on for demonstration purposes. I Know its the new featured HUD as seen at E3.

The bars by the tach and speedometer aren't ASM/TCS, they're brake/gas. And the red one is brake, always has been.

As for the mirror, I wasn't referring to any dots or turns, but to what side of the track is shown on what side of the mirror. For example, look what side of the road the spectators are on in front of you, then think of what side they should be on in the mirror. Now look at the mirror. It's backwards. And don't even try telling me that they're on the other side of the track behind you. Notice the brown sidewalk on the beach side of the track.

Like I said, it's a good mock-up for demonstration purposes, but probably not an actual in-game capture.
