Why not have it in the intro and not be available to everyone? Where is this intro movie I keep reading about? I can't find a video.

In PSBlog (I think) the picture has somthing like "spec 2 intro" in the name. There isn't an actual video (as far as I know).

No, in the opening there is a RE Amemiya RX7 which looks similar to the new "RM" RX7, but isn't the same at all.
