The reason for "bunch of R34's" is beacuse this "bunch of R34's" is a "bunch of M.N.P. R34's".

and the way I see it(well at least in my fried up mind),GT-R R34 M.N.P. is kind-off like "The Oficial Ride" of The Skyline Squadron.(Hey,It's mentioned multiple times on the first few pages,it is/was a qualifier car ect...)

And I am still learning how to make a decent looking multishot.

*Seems that team freewheling will be the first team The Skyline Squadron will have to fight against(well at least in my fried up mind)*

About this week's challenge:managed to complete a lap under 1'9:550.Seems that if you are really lucky,or if you drive it like you stole it,or if you have genes of Senna,Schumaher,Rossi,and Loeb melted together,you might get yourself even a 1'7:XXX

Well I will do my best,but I will probably give it a try soon,but don't hope for something spectacular,because it will be my first try at that. And I have some other thing to do,like changing the clutch on my Suzuki Swift.

I think the official ride of our Squadron will become slightly clearer in the future.. In fact, I'll probably put a poll on this thread right now to see which Skyline is favourite - the R31, R32, R33 or R34. As for now though, the official ride of the team is anything with a silver and red GT-R badge on it!!!
Now I shall have to go and beat myself again to take back the lead from you, Electric! Back to the old days once more!

mm.. whereas I'm unable to participate any of these races because my GT4 crahes everytime I cross the finish line, I've been doodling with R34 GT-R V-Spec, and gained speed of 450 kph.. and I'll also keep spanking my R32 V-Spec II around trial mountain, so, DE, you'd better not to forget that either..

I'm sure you are 'just giving me a chance'! I'm not sure I agree with you on the power vs. weight thing, I think my Skyline may actually have less power than yours! I'm running on 739bhp put down through R3s... Which reminds me, I could upgrade to Qualification-grade tyres if I wanted to!

About Outlawing GT-R's:Reason is simple:Steering is on the right.And probably the dumbest laws concerning the issue of cars and pollution in the world.But hey,over here where I live,all you have to do is to know the right person at the car registration office and give him a litlle sumtin'-sumtin and your car is "approved" and "street-legal"before you can say"RB26DETT"

I say that because I saw a few cars,on the streets,with Croatian licence plates, that are on the blacklist too,like a Toyota Supra,Dodge Viper(first gen) ect.

About the "Blast From The Past" challenge: I am really close to cracking the 1'8:xxx,I really need to find a better gears setup,I've set up everything else pretty much to my liking.
Only thing that prevents me from making a great lap is that 2 turns before the tunnel,I always miss the racing line and end up going way too narrow into that left corner that leads into the tunnel.


About the poll:My favorite would be the R33.Especially that Limited edition version that comes only in that light blue color.But still,black R33 =

My favourite is the R33 too, probably always will be, despite that the R35-to-be is very nice indeed. I like them in black, white or championship blue, just slightly darker than the blue in the photo you posted (which, by the way, is very nice!)

Leo, my R33 N1 isn't a 6.2miler!!! If she was I'd probably find something else to risk slinging up trial mountain that'll be why she's short on power (well, comparatively )

Very nice pictures too. (Do they need labelling? ) The last one, the Alpine 34, I have the full set of pictures of that car at that meeting, with a couple of it on two wheels and some great drifting! UPDATE - The massive picture idea - Well I've done it, the only snag is it's nineteen megabytes perhaps I won't upload that!

I use a little trick to make it good:I reduce the brigtness and increase the contrast on my TV.
Maybe you should try this too.Especially if your TV has that Color/contrast/brightness profiles feature like mine,which makes the fiddling with it easier.It might help.At least for me it does.

BTW,any of you racing in the WRS? Week 28 was my first.I am in Division 3,mainly because of the qualifier race,which uses the car that I really,really hate:BMW M3.Mainly because I am not a fan of German cars.

I'm registered in the WRS, Division 3 because I was fairly new when I signed up. I could probably race at Division 2 standard now. I don't enter the races because I just don't have much time, and I'm not a fan of the fact that there's always dozens and dozens of people taking part, I like smaller, more controlled races so it's not really my thing.

I think I'll need your TV setup hints, because...

Electric, you must pay a lot of attention to have noticed that, I haven't been active in that for a while! I'm debating whether or not I can actually find time to enter it or not... As with the WRS, it has too many people in it and I can't really keep track of it well. I suppose that's not excuse, Nitro has to run it! Maybe I'll do it alongside the ESES, but the ESES will take priority I'm afraid.

Oh MNP R34 is the team ride? How closed minded of you hahaha. That's cool, btw the multi-shot looks great. I just think if you're going to exclude all skylines that arent GTRs, it should be called GTR Squad, or somthing like that.

As for a team battle? Sure sure. You're on, I hate to sound like a big shot but I'm sure you'd win. My hatred for Gran Turismo 4 has caused me to be REALLY REALLY bad at it.

Bet I have speed instead of blood! I started the 300mph club, and this team of petrolheads and me and my dad race motorbikes in hillclimb championships, resulting in at least one smashed engine per year!!

Oh, and in the ESES (thanks for signing up!!!) I've put it to Earth to set me aside in my GT-R Concept as Team Skyline Squadron, so if you want to join me go ahead 👍

Now to business further... Rotary, if you want a challenge you've got one! None of this is final of course, but a JGTC-class challenge sounds good.. Any of your JGTCs against our JGTC Skylines sounds fairly matched, and could be good fun too 👍
