I would not be supriced if spa is not a part of the update. This feels to close to last update to bring Any new content. But i could be wrong and it would not be a bad thing.

I can confirm Spa is not on this update and there are no new scapes or GT League races. There's also no option on Time Trial to change the grip reduction on rain conditions to real. So, probably, this update merely fixes a couple minor issues and bugs. Or maybe there's a new BoP for a couple cars.
