As long as @Tina Branford doesn't break the AUP they are free to post.Don't bother, your comments regarding this are unnecessary and not wanted.
I think his radio playlist was planned well, like all the other hidden messages! Try google the names that he painted all over his equipment.
Wow, I never thought the Ottoman Empire would get a citation in the 2010s for a terrorist shooting in land which hadn't even been discovered by the west or the middle east at the time of the second Battle for Vienna.
For what it's worth, despite European encroachment most of the Ottoman Empire was on already Islamic territory in the Levant and north Africa. You also had to be Turkic to be "in the club", otherwise you were a simple Muslim jabroni.
As others have mentioned, it was always about power and control, as so many powers were and always have been about.
This is just insane. 40 deaths. So senseless and needless. I'm sorry for those who have died and for their families who have to deal with this.
You know the world has really hit rock bottom when horrifying incidents like this happen in New Zealand, a country known for its peacefulness and civility. I don't know what else to say, it's so sickening.
I believe I read somewhere that he didn't intend to carry out the attack in New Zealand initially. Does anyone have any further information on that? I have tried looking it up but I'm at work so can't really spend much time researching it at the minute.
https://apnews.com/ce9e1d267af149dab40e3e5391254530The man who claimed responsibility for the shooting said he came to New Zealand only to plan and train for the attack. He said he was not a member of any organization, but had donated to and interacted with many nationalist groups, though he acted alone and no group ordered the attack.
He said the mosques in Christchurch and Linwood would be the targets, as would a third mosque in the town of Ashburton if he could make it there.
He said he chose New Zealand because of its location, to show that even the most remote parts of the world were not free of “mass immigration.”
If anything, he's a Euro-nationalist as he constantly refers to Europe being "taken away" by immigrants, and that he carried out the attack in the name of Europeans killed by terrorists, enslaved by Islamic people, to create division between Europeans and Muslims.
He comes across as anti-US as well as his decision to use a gun will incite political divide in the US resulting in repealing the 2nd amendment and as a result, will cause "a fracturing of the US along cultural & racial lines". He also hopes it will "reduce the USA's ability to project power globally, thereby ensure that never again can such a situation as the US involvement in Kosovo ever occur again (where US/NATO forces fought besides muslims and slaughtered Christian Europeans attempting to remove these Islamic occupiers from Europe)."
He cites the country with the closest political & social view as China.
When he asked if he's left/right wing, "depending on the definition, sure" to either.
When asked if he supports Trump. "As a symbol of renewed white identity & common purpose? Sure. As a policy maker and leader? Dear god no."
He was a supporter of Brexit, claiming it had nothing to do with the economy, but "firing back at mass immigration, cultural displacement and globalism".
He cites himself as, "when I was young, I was a communist, then an anarchist, and finally, a libertarian before coming to be an eco-facist".
"Why do you blame immigrants and not the capitalists?
I blame both and plan to deal with both".
What right-wing person adds a full page attacking conservatives? "Conservatism is dead. Thank god. Now let us bury it and move on to something of worth".
There's a problem with that statement: The shooter is deliberately shown himself, make a public PDF manifesto, has a live thread in certain image board, and even livestreams the attack (thus the clarity of some of shooting footage).Echoing some comments I made back in 2017:
Anyone who attacks a religious place of worship for whatever reason is nothing more than a coward. They don’t deserve any sort of media treatment and the outlets that make the shooter known are only contributing to the problem.
There seems to be no end to the 4chan/8chan sociopaths who delight in this kind of madness. Is it time to start aggressively taking down these sites? .
No. Removing freedoms from the world doesn't remove the dickheads.
No. Removing freedoms from the world doesn't remove the dickheads.
So, what would you do to remove the dickheads?
the two main guys who did this had accounts in Deep Web chans. This guy who did that shooting in New Zealand was in the same situation, he has an account in those sites.
Those places are filled of prejudice and antisemite ideas.
Answer boldedSo, what would you do to remove the dickheads?
Chan sites don't require login credentials, it'd take away all the anonymity of it, and 8chan isn't exactly in the so called "deepweb"Wednesday here in Brazil we had a school shooting and the two main guys who did this had accounts in Deep Web chans. This guy who did that shooting in New Zealand was in the same situation, he has an account in those sites.
This is the part that I agree with you, you get extremists from all over the political spectre, the radical left sharing ideas of shooting up private hospitals, schools and small businesses, secular extremists sharing ideas of blowing up churches, synagogues, mosques and all other kinds of religious buildings, and the ethnical extremists calling for the extermination of X raceI don't think we can let this all happening normally. Those places are filled of prejudice and antisemite ideas. Allowing these things to proliferate is giving chance to others to do the same thing. And these exhibition in media can be harmful too by the way it is done.
Why is it up to me? I'm saying that removing freedoms in response to dickheads isn't the solution.
They also had Playstations and XBoxes, or at least it's likely they did. If they played violent games then why not remove those from the marketplace?
In that case we should shut pubs, busses, streets, and houses. And ban people from talking. After all, they might be prejudiced dickheads.
No. Removing freedoms from the world doesn't remove the dickheads.
Had no idea Antifa is now far-right by that definition. The right-wing isn't limited to just conservatives.
The far-right such as outright fascists are still right-wing and many will be openly hostile towards what they see as far too moderate right-wing groups such as conservatives.
His statement about conservatism being dead and lets move onto something else reads as a direct call for the right to migrate en-masse to a far right fascist ideology.
But it's still enough for you to skew what it actually said?NovaleeHis manifesto is like a nutcase rant.
He said he was only in New Zealand temporarily, but saw it was, sickeningly, "as target rich of an environment as anywhere else in the West", and "nowhere was safe".I believe I read somewhere that he didn't intend to carry out the attack in New Zealand initially. Does anyone have any further information on that? I have tried looking it up but I'm at work so can't really spend much time researching it at the minute.
It's a weird manifesto. He memes it even a bit.Did they have him take a survey? This is so bizarre. What is his favorite TV show? If he were a type of bread, what type of bread would he be?
On related note, 8chan was created in response to the much "heavier" moderation of 4chan.No. Removing freedoms from the world doesn't remove the dickheads.
Because 4chan's moderation is too heavy, and they actually do a great job at it, confidential files get deleted within seconds and censorship is very effective in the political board.8chan was created in response to the much "heavier" moderation of 4chan.
