Etc.
Or maybe they added it but didn’t mention it. I remember they changed the conditions for Red Bull Ring in an update. But seems unlikely because rain is quite a big feature.Guys, calm down. The rain is probably still in alpha/beta stage.
?Just saying:
July 23rd
Sadly, nope. Group X cars are restricted to One-Make races, meaning you'd be stuck with 15 other D-Types.Do you guys think it'll be possible to race the Jaguar D-type against the Aston Martin DB3S on arcade mode?
Only in GT League Nostalgic cup, but the GT40, 330, Daytona, 250 eating youDo you guys think it'll be possible to race the Jaguar D-type against the Aston Martin DB3S on arcade mode?
These two cars need an event on their own i'm afraid. Just like if you want to pit the zonda against the p1 gtr.Do you guys think it'll be possible to race the Jaguar D-type against the Aston Martin DB3S on arcade mode?
"Meta" here is being used as short for "metagame", which is still correct use of the term "meta".The snafu is happening right now. They need to fix the snafu that is Gran Turismo Sport and make it fun to drive again.
Meta means "self-referential". The term you want to be using is alpha.
Except for the XJ13 and P4, which actually do get to race each other in Arcade Mode.Sadly, nope. Group X cars are restricted to One-Make races, meaning you'd be stuck with 15 other D-Types.
Only way to race it against the DB3S is to try and race it in Nostalgic 1979 and hope it shows up on the grid.
Wait, really? I...didn't know that."Meta" here is being used as short for "metagame", which is still correct use of the term "meta".

The update says new cars and features. I wonder what the new features will be assuming they don't just mean races.
Yes, you can race a P4 against a XJ13 in Arcade mode (I don't remember if the Ford Mark IV is included or not). That's why I still have some hope for the D-type and DB3S racing against each other.Wait, really? I...didn't know that.
Mark IV races on its own. I doubt the D-Type and DB3S will race together there because they weren't in the same update like the P4 and XJ13.Yes, you can race a P4 against a XJ13 in Arcade mode (I don't remember if the Ford Mark IV is included or not). Yes. In this case the metagame would be about what cars are the strongest in each class.Wait, really? I...didn't know that.
Datsun Z(Dec 2018) and Porsche 930(Jul 2019) added to GT Sport? Then:
EUROBEAT INTENSIFIES
I've been waiting since GT2's intro for the Jaguar D-Type to show up in a GT game. It took them long enough!
EUROBEAT INTENSIFIES
EUROBEAT INTENSIFIES
I don't follow.Still, why did the article has to initially show only four cars in the first place? If it's already shown all of five of them, then it wouldn't have come to this point.

You mean PAL region beat:
Oh okay. At least the upcoming update gives a more clear picture to everyone now, thanks to your insights.I don't follow.
The initial "glitch" reveal was in the PS Store, which revealed four cars (Honda, Honda, Mazda, Porsche). We wrote an article on that, on the day it happened (and before it was fixed):
https://www.gtplanet.net/gran-turismo-sport-new-cars-leaked-porsche-930-turbo-civic-type-r-and-more/
I suggested, in that thread, that because there is an upper limit of in-game value (10,000,000cr) for cars which you can also buy from the PS Store with real money, we could only say that there were four cars revealed so far (your post said that there were only four), because there could be a fifth (or more) above that threshold value.
I noted, in the article for the after the update date reveal, that fact and pointed out that it would be the smallest full content update since the very first one (3 cars; we've also had a 1 car and a 2 car update, but they were not really full content updates) if it only contained four cars, so suggested a fifth car of over 10,000,000cr would be likely. We didn't know this, but it seemed probable, and we said so:
https://www.gtplanet.net/next-gt-sport-update-arrives-july-31-brings-four-new-cars/
It's only today that we've discovered that there is indeed a fifth car and, although we don't know its in-game value, it's not in the PS Store and the other four are which means it has a value above 10,000,000cr:

Because the car doesn't "belong" there. Which I honestly don't care about; it'll be far more useful in the N classes. Some people expected Group 4 (though it the power would need to be buffed quite a bit) or more likely Group X by the logic of not fitting anywhere else. If we can have the S-FR Racing Concept (which looks the part of a Group 4) and the Vulcan (a track toy that is not road legal) in the N classes I'm okay with it. I just wonder what this'll mean if any of the other GT5/6 Touring Cars will come back this way.I dont understand why some people are upset now because mazda is N200. I mean it was certain the car will going to be N class. Why upset now?

I didn't notice the tires. I'm fine with it being N200 regardless. The Roadster Touring Car being in the N classes was never something I'd be mad with even if it looks the part of a race car. I imagine it'll be popular for Spec Miata leagues regardless.I explained it the car is why wont going to be gr.4. Those sport tires were a clear sign mazda is N class. I dont understand why people expected it in gr.4 and upset because they saw it n200 in the video. It makes no sense.
