Seemed that PD was already intrested at one point. Why not use him for drifting events in GT since there's so many of them and a lot of players love drifting.

I was at a Trans Am race at Road America in the early 80s when Saleen, driving a Pontiac took the lead unexpectedly on one of the early laps. He crashed out, on that very same lap, I believe. When asked after the race what had happened he replied that he ran out of talent! Very refreshing response - I became a fan instantly
