Also, I'm sick of Cam Newton. He sucks. His only redeeming quality is that he's big and can run. I was never a fan of his. The only reason people thought he was a good QB was because of fantasy football. Sorry to break it to you, but he sucks and has no leadership qualities.

Agreed. RG3 will likely go down the same path, I'm afraid. Besides the leadership qualities.

Why, because he's black? Cam Newton is an idiot. RG3 is totally different. He's highly intelligent, a gentleman, humble, and most importantly a pocket passer than can run to extend a play if he has to. The only reason Robert didn't go to Stanford was because Luck committed. I think RG3 will be fine. The Skins have a great QB room as far as leadership and character are concerned with Griffin and Cousins. I think Cousins could start for the Cardinals or the Chiefs right now.

He's black? Since when was that the reason?

Anyway, yes, he is a very humble and intelligent gentleman. But I'm not talking about his personality, I'm talking about his massive chance of injury being a dual-threat QB in the NFL. Just look at Michael Vick: Had a few good years to start his career, then broke his leg and was never the same.

I think you misunderstood me. I should've reworded the question better.

The only reason Cam broke that TD record was because he didn't trust his team enough and selfishly took off whenever they were inside the 10. RG3 is teammate enough to let someone other than himself get the spotlight for 15 seconds.

Vick has ten years on Griff. And, like I said, RG3 is a pocket passer. Why is RG3 more likely to have a shorter career than, say, Andrew Luck who has almost identical measurables (except for speed), or Ryan Tannehill who started at WR in college?

Griff took a hit like a dumbass, got his concussion, and learned never to do that again.

Defensive players in the NFL will have targets set on Griffin, as they do with every Quarterback. Problem is, scrambling out of the pocket and running for dear life will eventually injure you. Bad. Imagine, say in a few years, a prototypical LB with speed AND strength laying a massive hit on Griffin (such as Notre Dame's Manti Te'o). One bad hit could, COULD, screw it all up. Being a dual-threat increases the chance of that massive hit dramatically rather than being a pocket passer.

My point is... All the QBs taken in the 1st round this year (except Weeden) are "dual-threats"

This. I have respect for RG3, unlike Scam Fig-Newtons.

I don't see it as of now, but my opinion may change when I go to Indy Sunday.

I really do respect RG3, but I really don't know about him having a successful career. Considering Shanahan keeps using him as a receiver (he did that vs. Pittsburgh...look it up) he may not last long. =P

Each of them have scored rushing TDs. But they haven't needed to because they make the better play through the air. Cam Newton regularly rushes because he sucks as a passer.

I laughed pretty hard when Cam ran off to the sidelines after his teammate saved his ass with that fumbled TD at Chicago.

This 👍.

Luck is a triple threat, sir!

Tampa Bay CB Aqib Talib has been traded to New England.

Tonight's match is an exciting one! That is, if you think tonight's Chiefs at Chargers is an AFC Championship preview. Week 9 begins tonight with this matchup. KC is 1-6 while SD is 3-4. Who you got tacking on one more win to their record?

Here are the major night games for this week:
Sunday Night: Dallas Cowboys at Atlanta Falcons
Monday Night: Philadelphia Eagles at New Orleans Saints

Really? He was good, but like Taamu a punk. They better hope for a decent corner as Ronde is outta there sooner or later.

Again I will post this

KC @ SD: God, two of ****tiest teams in the NFL. 14-7 Chargers.
DEN @ CIN: This'll be sweet! Broncos 28-21.
BAL @ CLE: Browns always do good against divisional rivals, and the Ravens are weak. But I gotta go with the rat-turds. BAL 20-16.
ARI @ GB: Packers will continue Arizona's woes. Packers 31-17.
CHI @ TEN: Bears continue rolling. Bears 28-10.
MIA @ IND: Battle for the 6th seed! Fins show they are relevant with a 25-21 win.
CAR @ WAS: 'Skins bounce back from the Steelers awesomeness. 24-14 Redskins.
DET @ JAX: Jags are gonna upset. 27-24.
BUF @ HOU: Bills get a taste a Texas. Texans continue to scare the **** outta me by a 38-10 win.
MIN @ SEA: Two possible NFC 6th seeders collide. Seahawks take it though 17-14.
TB @ OAK: Pirate Bowl rematch! Buc's take it in a close one 24-20.
PIT @ NYG: Oh boy, here's our mayor test. I gotta take us though in a close one; 28-24.
DAL @ ATL: Dallas continues to suck. Atlanta 30-20.
PHI @ NO: Saints continue to suck also. Eagles take it 27-14.

Damn it. I hope he works out as well as Ochostinko did for them.

He can do worse. Johnson was such a waste of a roster spot on the Pats, but it didn't matter because it was like he wasn't even there. It's not like he could drop passes or fumbles because he never had the ball. Talib can really hurt them if he gets torched, and that a real possibility.

Maybe with the new environment he'll stop being a knucklehead (I doubt it).

Hehehe, throw a wrench in the Pats machine will ya Talib?

Going from the Bucs to a Super Bowl contender should make him change, somewhat.

I would like to nominate the Bears as the troll team of the league.

28 points in one quarter and the offense only mustering 84 yards for the half?

Here are the finals:
Detroit moves to 4-4 after LeShoure gets 3 TDs in taking out Jacksonville (1-7): 31-14.
Baltimore (6-2) survives against Cleveland (2-7): 25-15.
Houston (7-1) runs over Buffalo (3-5): 21-9.
Chicago (7-1) destroys Tennessee (3-6) via the way of defense (5 turnovers): 51-20.
Denver (5-3) tops Cincinnati (3-5): 31-23.
Carolina (2-6) embarrasses Washington (3-6): 21-13.
Indianapolis (5-3) knocks off Miami (4-4): 23-20.
Green Bay (6-3) gives Arizona (4-5) another loss: 31-17.

Though not an exorcism, we beat Buffalo 21-9. I'm glad the Texans didn't take this game as a trap game with the game at Chicago next Sunday night. Anyhow, we won! 7-1 is our record now.

Did your boys win today?

Not so much win as it was systematic defensive shutdown. That said, the offense decided to join in on the fun as well. Forte 1 TD, Marshall 3 TD, Cutler 3 TD, 0 INT, and 1 Fumble. Tillman 4 Forced fumbles! Urlacher 1 INT for touchdown! Hester also played much much better and was foiled unfortunately for a 13th return TD.

Charles Tillman for President by the way.

And King of England.

It seems like the Bears watched the Bulls game at the team hotel and got angry.
