nice i have ducting to mine but the routing of the K&n goes over the rocker cover on the engine so as the nice cool air goes into the filter it gets heated rite up when it passes the rocker cover, i am currently working a st170 inlet onto some some YAMAHA R1 throttle bodies, just need to figure out a good way to route an equal amount off air to each cylinder so the engine does not run off.
No easy task with the bulk head space i have, then i need some custom management not cheap either
yea i got a good engine with that one untill a oil pressure fault left it lying all over knock hill race trac and 2 piston shaped holes in my foot well and fire wall
but with the new engine i have it pulls 140 at the fly wheel and its not bad if i am honest even tho it has no strut brace it handles well.
once i secure a better job i plan to strip the car back to a shell and source my self a spares or repairs FORD sierra sapphire or a Mk1 sierra and use the inner wings and transmission tunnel and a few other bits to make the car 4WD
and once i source a wide kit for the wider track and coswoth running gear i should have no problem with grip
Then you screwed! Because this car is insane! The way it corners is fantastic, and bumps is in every way unpredictable.
