Double-D
Notch (Only because my last name is Persson)
The D
DP
Persson
And that all came from David Persson.

Mclovin'/Mcluvin', fellow-employee thought I looked just like the Superbad character a few years back, it's stuck since and it's not a bad nick-name IMO.

People never call me Phillip.

People instantly learn my name and if they greet me or speak to me they say Phill. It's nice to hear someone say 'Phillip'.

Other B.S names that were annoying

Phillip 66.
Philadelphia
Phillurp
Phillus?
Philippine

Ugh.

Shem, Seamus, Seany boy, buster v(fatherb), honey v(wifeb) and a few more whixh are agaonst the AUuP.

-By Friends

Kool-Aid Louis (thanks to a really bad Louis cosplay)
Louis
Cole (from some PS3 game that came out recently, can't remember the name of it)
Coach
White Chocolate
The Oreo
Not-so black man (do you sense a theme here?)

My grandmother calls me Chuckie sometimes because I remind her of my uncle. Also, I sometimes get called a 🤬 by other gamers. Does that count? :dopey:

GT or T.

We had nicknames for each other at university, and I ended up being called me Ginger Thom, or GT for short. Real original, but I quite like the abbreviation.

My mum has called me T as short for Thom for years. My dad calls me Dorian Yates thanks to my slender, narrow frame.

On top of this, my family members have begun to call me Klepto or Magpie because of my penchant for collecting things, picking up anything even remotely interesting to me and generally not throwing stuff away.

I got the nickname "Yosemete Sam" stuck to me by a good friend from New Zealand and my PSN nickname is mostly Vic and rarely, as famously said by @Baron Blitz Red "BLAMO" (Bloody Limey Approaching Mach One).

When I has more active online, some people would call me RJ, because it's more easy then RJS or RJVMS (My Gamertag on xbox)

By my friends, some of them call me Krusty, because of Krusty the Clown on The Simpsons.
I used to have an afro and a girl when she meet me, thought that I was similar to him, and the nickname stood by, even after I cut my hair :P

I got the nickname Turtle five or six years ago, but I don't even remember why. Eventually so many people called me by that name that some teachers called me by my nickname. I also managed to convince multiple people that it was my real name, one kid for over a year.

Used to play the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series for an inordinate amount of time. Favorite stage was the Iroha "A" stage (Nikko-Irohazaka, same one as in the Initial D anime) so I was called Iro for the longest time (Irohazaka is my username for quite a lot of different things/forums/games nowadays).

In real life I'm known as 'Figgy' to my friends, no idea why (or Iro.)

The name I assume as my main nickname has been going strong for 4 years now, but is shortened by my friends to "Barstool". I suppose it fits quite well considering that for no reason at all I told a Battlefield player called "jonjon" to "🤬 off" and am prepared to call my friends arseholes. In my family's company I'm just referred to as "Cal".

Edit: On the side, I also refer to myself as "The Elite Casual" whenever I'm involved in a bit of friendly competition.

After watching Serial Experiments Lain, my friends inevitably started referring to me as "Arisu". (Japanese pronunciation of Alice)

Friends used to call me Bighead as a kid because apparently, my head was big. Also, kids are evil. They don't get that skinny people with normal sized heads have what looks to be big heads. Also, the volume of my head doubles when I grow my hair out. Unproportionately large cartoon heads FTW! :P

Michelin. Got this nickname from my friends because it is my last name (I'm not joking) when there was 2 Matheus in my class (helped to differentiate to which one you wanted to talk.)

On gaming I got Maniaco and NM99 from my old NR2003 days (I used NascarManiaco99 as my username back then).

Michelin. Got this nickname from my friends because it is my last name(...)

What?

Is this your daddy? :P

When I was young the guys on my team called me Nedved (hair size and colour) and later called me Formula 1.

Now I just get called Al. I don't go much online to have a nickname.

For as long as I can remember my nickname has been Sunshine, mostly because how how my hair looks in the sun, online my friends call me Emizel, mostly because I look a bit like the character

Because of the fact that few people actually want to call me by my real name last school year I've had these nicknames:

Gizmo (classmate who hated saying my name, can't blame ya)
Mimzee (got it from 2 seniors who've never told me why)
Jaywaldo (another classmate)
Gerry (main buddies)
Gerardoge (close buddies)
Gerarghini (senior buddy)
🤬 Obliterator (basically best buddy, I've also given him a nickname with much personality)

Yup. I could add more of these 🤬 smileys but I'd rather not.

By the way I just noticed we had a :@: smiley this whole time! @!

Jules because my name is Julian so my friends decided to shorten it back 2008/9.
Jah short for Jahhaj. This is mainly used by people who know me on sites like Twitch and YT.
Jahhaj which is also used by people who know me on the internet and sometimes my friends call me it as well.

'Lucas' substituting for Luke, mainly because of my German heritage. People usually think that's my actual name and that Luke is my nickname. Quite irritating.

Got a new nickname at work: Champion...

I don't know why, but Magic calls me that... Possibly because I share a first name with the boss man himself.

So, champion. Somewhat relevant side story: outside of GTP, I've never won a championship... Working on it. So long as my car holds up until March 2015, I might win an autocross championship.
