The ByKolles CLM but with another new livery...

Wow, I totally ignored its existence until now....so technically for this LeMans we have 6 teams in the main class. 3 out of them (possibly 4) will be able to fight for the win, with the Rebellions and these ByKolles being outsiders....that's really cool, a great achievement for Le Mans and the WEC 👍
Really looking forward to this LM

I doubt the ByKolles car will make the finish at all... the car is hamstrung by being run by a team that whilst it has no pretensions of being a big team is run on a tiny budget by a guy in Colin Kolles who has a habit of paying suppliers etc very late or sometimes not at all...

Design-wise it's quite neat and it has the same powerplant as the Rebellion cars so there's no reason it can't be competitive with them on paper, however in practice the difference in preparation and professionalism gives Rebellion a big advantage.

So if I lose this here bet, what avatar would I have to use?

Who's side are you on. If you are on the side saying that it will be Sarth and you lose, you will have to wear my very spiffy avatar with the phrase, "I heart CargoRatt" I have no idea what they have in store for me and my peoples.

3'43'383 as a best lap for the #23 GT-R LM, I don't think they will do better today with this rain.
3'48'835 for the #22
3'51'334 for the #21

That's not good news....Audis and Porsches are on the 3:20s pace.....:guilty:
It started raining some 45mins in so there could be more time to find in either side of the equation.

Still, the version running right now at the Test day might not be the one we get in game, so it could be quicker in game.

Haven't been here for a while but I haven't forgotten ;)

The Bet:
That La Sarthe will not be the track for GT Round 4.
The Stake:
The losing team will have to wear a terrible avatar for a month.
All other people on any side are welcome!!

332 km/h for Audi
330 km/h for Toyota (in rain)
328 km/h for Rebellion
325 km/h for Porsche

336 km/h for Nissan, not still enough to take a real advantage with all they lose in the turns (sometimes slower than GTE cars). Even with a 360km/h in the straights they would be slower than the Porsche 919...

I'm by no means surprised at their times, it was clear they were well of the pace if you had read between the lines over the past few months.

Hopefully the GT6 version of the car will be realistic and a bit slower than comparable cars but chances are Nissan will not allow the car to be off the pace in the game like that.

Do they at least have one of the Nissan's filled with Le Mans veterans?

By veterans, I'm talking like former winners and people who've been there more than once

They would have Marc Gene, but he gave his position to Max Chilton, to take an advisory role for the Nissan drivers. The rest are GT Academy drivers, former LMP2 drivers and the 2014 GT500 champion, Tsugio Matsuda.

I think Nissan will be happy just bringing the cars home after 24 hours as their previous major attempts, the 2012 DeltaWing and ZEOD RC both ended in retirements.

I'm not expecting the GTR LM to pull off a major upset, but I do want them to finish the race in respectable positions. :)

People do need to remember that this is the car's very first competitive outing, so to expect it to be battling against the 2nd generation Porsche 919, a redesigned title winning Toyota and an Audi R18 with over 5 years of R&D testing..... well you can kinda see how the car may fall a little short.....

those cars are all 8MJ Hybrd power right vs the 2MJ of the GTR. or is Porsche 6?
