Took this for a drive as part of the new "car of the week" thread in the general GT5 section of the site, the car itself isn't great looking, but it handled quite well.

hey manuel, when you do a lap in a unpopular car thats not on the list, do you like do one half decent lap and post your time, or do you put some decent effort into it and get a real good lap time....for instance can you remmeber how much time you put in for the toyota soarer 2.5 twin turbo?

Most of the time I'm doing 2 laps. First lap to get the feel of the car and look for braking points and gearing. When I'm happy with the first lap I'll leave it like that. But most of the time I'm doing a second one. When I make a mistake I restart and start the lap all over again.
So probably I did 2 laps with the soarer.

That other thing sounds like a bug, although I haven't used a different car ghost many times so I woudn't know how it's supposed.

I tested the 458, hard to say, 3rd gear seem more useable in some area, but i think i improved since last time i used it... it was still a great drive though!

I did 7:09.135 i think i can go in the 7:08s but would require more runtime, you did a really good lap, scratching my head to see where i could shave 1 second haha

I crash most of my laps but if I finish one then it's fast. Weird because I can do it online but not when hotlapping. Maybe because I'm so used to hotlapping in WRS.

You did great Wes, there was not much errors in your lap, may be 2-3 area but nothing bad 👍, sometimes i do the same, especially when im tired, lots of attempts for just 1 quick lap, or i restart the lap on purpose lol




Had some time for another quick session with the S2000, first half wasnt that great, will give it another try later.
