Not rewarded for s10 Master

I completed S10 master license in under gold time and was not rewarded the gold trophy nor the reward Honda car. I spent 6 hours attempting this and about 800 miles. Polyphony Digital is no help nor is playstation. Any help here? Already bombed @kaz on Twitter, no response there either.

Did you, by any chance, set your time before the 1.49 update?

Yes I believe I did this during 1.47 or 1.48. Thought it might right itself but nothing.

It won't.

When you set the time it was not below the gold time. 1.49 changed the game physics, resulting in the targets for many licence tests (and missions, and circuit experiences) changing, as well as a leaderboard reset. Your old time may be fast enough now, but it wasn't when you set it, so you don't have the gold for it.

You will only get the gold if you set a time fast enough to get gold during the period when it's enough to get gold...

Similarly, but oppositely, you won't have old times downgraded either if they don’t meet the new targets. You retain the status from when you actually set the times.
