When posting your intermediate results please read carefully what Jerry wrote in post 1, and post (at least) your laptime for lap 1, your division and your device (controller or wheel will suffice). Division and device info in your signature will do just fine too 👍

Setup: -23p/-13w, rh-20, damper 4x10, toe -.05/+.05, cam 2x1.0, bb 7/6, sa 40, tcs 5, abs 1, gear 4.600, no sa, no asm, at.

We can't really post splits except for our first lap time. The replays don't display sector splits, and also if you know the second sector spilt for someone you can quite easily make an accurate guess to their lap time as it's WOT to the end.

I've got my tune ready, she's handling like the C5 Corvette it got its chassis from now.;) On Thursday I will start setting lap times.

He obviously doesn't appreciate the effort you have put into setting all this up mate! I'd simply exclude him and his snide comments from the whole series and let him go moan elsewhere 👍 It's not even been up for 24 hours and already this? .... pfffffft!!! :rolleyes:

OK thanks for clearing that up, but you made a typo in the above post because 'total time for laps 1 & 2' should be 'total time for laps 2 & 3' :) Maybe you can edit that yourself mate?
Sorry if my lap 1 posting messed anything up, but it looks like it was a good trigger to reprecise posted info 👍

EDITED above text from an earlier post following Jerry's amendments.
 
I've seen this event while looking at the NEWS section. Unfortunately, because of the university I can't play so much as before, neither check GTPlanet with the holidays frequency. I've seen that the deadline of this event is so near (6th October), and I know that this one is not a must for the GTPs in order to keep into the Registry, but will still the obligated ones be notified through PM? I'm afraid of be removed from the GTP Registry because the lost of an obligated event u_u

This event have any qualifying purpose or it's just for fun? I just have doubt because of the word "officially-sanctioned" into the NEWS.

Promotions will be determined by results from past events and are forever ongoing. There will be no option to request a promotion, but the opinions of other drivers within the same division carries a lot of weight when deciding who should be promoted.

Sphinx had so much grief and repetative questions when he was kindly spending his own personal time to organise the GTP Qualifier, and then he organises the first GTP Race Event and low and behold same 🤬 different day.

Once you're on the registry, you will remain on the registry. The only time it would be possible to be removed from the registry is either through cheating, continued violation of the GTP rules and guidelines (coming soon), personally request to be removed from the registry or if we have another qualifier, which would most likely be when GT5 Full is released.

I'm not sure if that answered your question?

Buy "Total time for Laps 2 & 3" do you mean 3'45.xxx?
 
Dear Sammi (are you the Samantha that we used to know from WRS and no rules :))?, by

Total time for Laps 2 & 3

Jerry means that you can state the laptime for lap 2 and for lap 3, but NOT the laptime for lap 1 or the total race time. I hope that clears it up for you?
 
On a slightly more serious note...

Am I to understand that all divisions will compete together in Stage 2?
 
Since Event two is a ONLINE time trial, 750pp at suzuka... And since we have 5 divisions, would it be nice to have different car classes for each division? So we can have all kinds of different car classes and more diverse then just one car.
Example
Division 1
-Tuned Viper
-Tuned Vette
-Tunded GT
Division 2
-F430
-GT-R
-Vette
Division 5
-Mustang GT
-Ford Focus
-Integra

I mean The list does not have to be exact, but I would LOVE to see different car classes for each division. I am at division 4. Since I am one of the lower divisions, it would be nice to see lower/slower cars for these divisions, and for the PRO division 1, it would be cool to see them in SUPER tune cars.

Very interesting and creative thought 👍 but the reverse could also be suggested.
In a handicap race between divisions the faster divisions could be handicapped by being allocated a slower class of cars than the slower divisions.
In online racing PTW differences between divisions like in your suggestion would automatically create distance on the track making it a good race 👍
 
Instead of different cars, maybe a PP system.

Like:
D5 750PP
D4 740PP
D3 730PP
D2 720PP
D1 710PP
Timmpaq 600PP
